Great customer service & value for money. I was offered a great service along with offer to improve the tracking as my tyres had been replaced. Can't fault it.

The manager, I didn’t get his name, worth his weight in gold. A credit to your business

Great service. Quick replacing my tyre and cheaper price than others like halfords. Booked on line for same day change. All done in half an hour. Chap behind the desk was friendly and helpful. Tip: If you book on line, wait for the text to say they are ready for you.

Very good ,I just had my car serviced and MOT to HIQ at Wolverhampton Road in oldbury and the guys did a great job ,I highly recommend them

I took my car into the Oldbury garage to get checked but was told by the manager that my booking was not in the system even though I called them the previous day to check availability. He denied receiving my call and implied that I was a liar. There was no apology or an offer to book me in for another day.

EDIT: I have got in touch with them for investigation but no response/acknowledgment.

Travelling south to Cornwall and got a puncher the two very kind and friendly members of staff got the car in straight away to be assessed and needed a new tyre (explained why not a rip off!) they did not have in stock so helped us find somewhere that did. Excellent service it’s not what you do when it goes right it’s how you help when your business can’t. THANKS SO MUCH!

Amazing service and friendly staff. We were up visiting family and my exhaust started rattling, along with my maintenance light turning on. A family member advised HI-Q garage. We went there and straight away they accommodated us. Fortunately, it was a quick fix which they did there and then. Thank you so much. We can now drive safely back home with the children.

Had my car towed to HiQ Oldbury and was kept informed constantly. Needed a new radiator but the team fit me in straight away and were really flexible. Amazing price, communication, and service. I will be returning for all future work and couldn’t recommend enough. Really nice waiting area too :) thank you!

Ordered two Pirelli tyres online for my Volvo V40.
Firstly, the price was incredibly competitive against any other tyre fitters, and I was able to book a day (AM or PM) for fitting.
Was notified by text and email that the tyres had arrived on the day. After a short wait, drove away with spanking new Pirelli 'boots' at the price quoted at the time of ordering.

I had a poor experience at this garage. Brought my car for its MOT which it unfortunately failed, with the major faults being 2 new front lower arms needed due to excessive movement and also the air bag light came on during the test (my air bag light was not on prior to the MOT, and it wasn't on afterwards). There was also a long list of advisories.

The garage quoted me £544 for the work to be done, which seemed high to me, so I took it to another garage in Birmingham who did the same work and a new MOT for £253. The list of advisories was also shorter than HIQ concluded in their MOT, with them not agreeing with a number of the advisories.

I wouldn't bring my car here for an MOT or any work to be done again.

Easy to use online ordering , but with certain vehicles the wrong tyre comes up
