Had a very good experience with they company needed two new tyres fitted I called the depot and Julie Anderson was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what tyres were recommended for my vehicle we will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with there vehicle

Excellent , slick & trustworthy service at the Newton Aycliffe HiQ branch . Met by Julie at reception & then into warm waiting room with tea/coffee etc & you can watch your car MOT taking place on live screen in waiting area . £35 cost & passed first time with no extras added . Very transparent service would highly recommend.

Extremely fast and efficient.
HiQ provided me with an extremely fast and efficient service when I had my car booked in with them for an MOT this morning. At a very reasonable price!
What I like the most compared to the likes of Kwik Fit, is that they have helpful and friendly staff permanently on reception.
Well done guys, keep up the great service :)

Very bad !!
Very bad !!! Get 4 new tyres fitted .. every wheel with different pressure form 1.8 to 6! PSI ... They struggle to undo tracking ends screw they tightened themselves few mounts back ... So they decided to blow torch .. burning some other parts in the process and warping brand new brake discs !!! If you like job done right first time go elsewhere.

Vehicle booked in for an MOT
Had my car booked in for an MOT today 1st August 2023 at the Newton Aycliffe HiQ Branch.
Always an exceptional service to be had. I’m always recommending them to people I know & in turn they do the same! Never any complaints to be had only praise!
Julie is absolutely brilliant as is Karen too.
Any issues with anything re: tyres & vehicle servicing is never to much trouble. Excellent team you have there!

Aweful
Aweful. Last minute cancellation of mobile service so took it into branch. The 2 Pirelli tyres that came off were to be sent by hiq to pirelli under warranty. Despite emails and phone calls to hiq and area manager, nothing has happened. This started last August . 2 tyres gone !!!! Won't use for my vehicles again.
Update, recieved a reply from Hiq saying to contact them so i did (again). Still no contact from them.

A very satisfied customer
I have used HiQ in Newton Aycliffe twice in the past couple of weeks. The service I have had has been first class on both occasions. If I need similar work doing in future I will not waste time looking around, I will just contact HiQ.
