This was my second time I used HIQ
This year I had a problem with my diesel car on the day and thought the problem was with DPF so i told them to clean it please after I had a call from the boys to tell me the DPF is clean so they said , it had be the fuel filter so they change it and now my car it up and running again and only charged £75 including VAT for the job OMG I like to say a big thank you for the honesty off the boys and company it’s a 5 ⭐ service again from me I will be back

Poor customer service and dirty
I had an appointment booked for Saturday. Turned up on time and there was only one person in branch, he advised that his colleague was out and he would be doing my tyres but he wasn't sure what he would be back. I waiting in the waiting room which was less than inviting - 4 chairs 3 of which had stock on and a sofa that looked like a dog usually sleeps on it. There was also a fish tanks where the water was pure black - I can't imagine there's much alive in there!! I appreciate garages are dirty places however this place was just a state. The whole room was messy. Eventually someone turned up and half my tyres were fitted - they burst one which I appreciate can happen so no fault here. However I did find the general customer service was pretty poor.

Where do I start
Where do I start?
1. Tyres weren’t there at the agreed time slot.
2. None of the 4 wheels were balanced. It was shaking badly on the motorway. Had to get them balanced in Milton Keynes.
3. Valves were not replaced with new.
4. Wouldn’t do tracking as apparently a damper needed replacing. ( it didn’t)
Utterly rubbish.
