Took my car in for an MOT and service, and had a set of Goodyear tyres fitted that I'd ordered the day before. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The team were helpful, kept me updated, and got the work done in good time. The pricing was fair and there were no surprises. Very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back.

Went to HiQ Garage with a DPF issue after another garage told me I needed a new DPF, turbo and sensors which would cost thousands. Thankfully, the guys at HiQ properly checked the van, cleaned the DPF and fixed the problem. No more loss of power and the turbo is absolutely fine.

Really grateful to Riaz, Antonio and all the mechanics. Honest, friendly and professional people who genuinely helped me out during a difficult time. Highly recommend!

Went for an MOT and full service, and ended up getting a few suspension parts changed as well. Really happy with the whole experience. The team there are easy to deal with, no pressure or upselling, just honest advice which is hard to find these days. Car feels much better to drive now, you can tell the work’s been done properly.

I’ve always found the annual MOT and service quite daunting, especially after my experience with the previous garage I used for the past two years—they were honestly horrible to deal with and made the whole process stressful and uncomfortable.
This time, I decided to book with HiQ, and it was the best decision I could have made. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel intimidated at all. There was no aggression when asking questions, no pressure, and absolutely no hidden costs—just a genuinely professional, polite, and friendly team of gentlemen.
They really go the extra mile for their customers. I was offered refreshments like a bottle of water, tea, coffee and there was a clean and bright waiting area, and even the option to charge my phone while I waited. What stood out most was the atmosphere—staff were coming in and out of reception, always greeting customers with a smile.
I was kept fully updated by phone about what my car needed and was given different options without ever feeling pushed toward more expensive choices or particular brands. Everything was explained clearly and honestly.
To top it all off, I had the pleasure of meeting Antonio and Riaz who were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful throughout the process. You are gonna love them both :)
