HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Dukinfield Recenzje 

Ive been going to this branch of HiQ for four years now for MOT/service and anything else that needs doing, I have great service with them every time. I previously had trust issues with garages due to being blatantly ripped off in the past, upsold etc

Not so here, just reliable friendly service thank you to Stuart and the team. I have no personal connection to anyone at the garages and haven't been prompted to write a review- which made me want to write one !

Recommended to all in the Tameside area.

Great same day service, very friendly, this is a return visit due to previous experience, Mike fitted the new tyre.
Definitely recommend. Women on their own are looked after really well.

Called in for a puncture repair… ended up leaving with bulge in my tyre and butchered alloy where the tyre was removed!

Had tyre removed the following day by a different garage who confirmed the bulge had been caused when removing the tyre. The tyre was also ripped in 2 places where the inexperienced tyre fitter had removed the tyre and attempted to put back on.

Will never go back and would urge others to think twice before going!!

I've had 4 different services from this place: 2 MOTs for 2 different cars; an overheating issue; and 4 new tyres.

Each time they've done the job properly, they've been clear on the cost ahead of the work, and the customer service is very human.

I've definitely found a garage i can trust here.

I had 2 new rear tyres fitted. The online ordering process was straight forward. Stuart the guy on the desk didn't realise I wanted to wait while the tyres were fitted so I had to wait slightly longer than normal. I waited just less than an hour which wasn't a problem. Next time I'd phone up before and ask what time would be best for me to arrive. Overall very pleased, will use HIQ again and would recommend them. I use them as a result of a recommendation.

Aways use them, called in today with a query, problem identified and repaired while a waited.

Easy to book online, fair price, quick service and very friendly staff. Great experience and would recommend to family/friends. Will definitely use them again in the future

First dealings with HIQ Dukenfield today, with regards to fitting my aftermarket rims I purchased on eBay.
Jason the owner, allocated Michael (a young enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly tyre fitter) to offer up the Rims, firstly to check they would fit and operate safely without catching the wheel arch. Upon confirmation, Jason then advised on the correct tyres and then searched for the best price. From speaking with Jason, his knowledge of his industry was in depth, his customer service was genuine, honest and accommodating (especially as the garage was busy). I also liked how he spoke with his staff (good humoured and professional). All this gave me confidence, as a customer that I had come to the right place.I will definitely be using these guys again!!

Brilliant service. Tyre pressure warning came on whilst on my way work. Rang up and was told just to come in. Sorted my tyre immediately. Thank you

Would have scored more if I could - Jason and team always deliver high class service and great prices. Jason dealt with my exhaust problem very efficiently and fabulous customer service - it’s very rare these days that you feel a business cares about delivering for you, but they definitely do at HiQ Dukinfield. Moved to Bolton but it’s still my go to, no where else comes anywhere near. Thank you for yet again exceeding my expectations 👍

I've dealt with hi-q professionally as a mechanic and now I'm unable to do my own repairs I send my cars to these guys. I have nothing whatsoever negative to say about these as they always go that extra mile. I highly highly recommend these to anyone. Amazing company.

Ordered a new battery for wifey's car at 11.00am and returned at 1.00pm to have it fitted by Jack. Fast service, friendly chatty guys. Recommended!

Excellent service friendly and helpful. I did not realise what difference the having my wheels aligned by these experts would make to the driving of my car.I would highly recommend them

Booked a 4 wheel alignment with the Dukinfield branch had to pick 2 preferred days and times one was 10/11/23 pm today and the other was the other date was 13/11/23 I received email confirming branch would be in touch that was 2 days ago I’ve not had any response and find the service I’ve received from this company has been very poor they also have a 50% off wheel alignment link on there website that doesn’t work

This team in Dukinfield are excellent and always helpful. They offer good advice and steer you through costly decisions. Stuart & Jason are good leaders.

Visited Dukinfield branch this morning with a snapped valve stem on a tyre pressure sensor on a 16 yr old car. Long story short - Mike and Jason replaced stem, re-fitted to car and sorted out the settings on pressure sensor readout.
Could not have been more helpful.
One local competitor quoted £100 to do same job. The manufacturer quoted £159 for a new tyre pressure sensor.
I will definitely go back to HiQ the next time I have a car issue. Highly recommended.

A difficult job in locating an ongoing suspension issue was made painless by the courtesy and expertise at HiQ in Dukinfield at a very reasonable price

We always take our two cars to HiQ Tyres & Autocare Dukinfield. Staff are always really helpful, it's a good price and a quick turnaround with no fuss. Can't recommend more.
