I needed a tyre for my car so I rang HIQ and spoke to Sam, he was absolutely brilliant, and very patient with me being so clueless! He ordered the tyre I required and had it there the same afternoon for me to collect.
Amazing service, very professional and I would highly recommend HIQ Bicester.

Visited HiQ for brake fluid change last week and very pleased with staff very friendly and helpful and competively priced .Also did a free health check on my car and advised needed some new tyres,Paul the manager gave me quotes for tyres and recommended some for my vehicle .very competitive pricing so booked in for 3 New tyres .All done on time and to my satisfaction great team of guys, would highly recommend

I was sceptsble at first being a chain of garages but looking st the reviews I gave the new Bicester garage a chance. Glad I did Sam was great from start to finish. Very friendly on the phone from our first conversation on the phone he was very chearful and helpful to get car in for a service and mot. Even though it need need brake pads and dics to pass he fitted this on the same day and rang back at the time he promised to let me know it was ready for collection. Very good chap and we even had a good conversation when I collected it and is very genuine guy. Will definitely be using them for all my car needs

I'd definitely recommend Sam and his team’s mechanic services couldn’t have been better! I recently travelled from Manchester to get my car's cam belt and water pump replaced as well as a health check. Sam was extremely attentive, professional and made sure everything was done properly. The job was completed in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.

The service from this garage was fantastic. Kept me up to date with my repairs and called me to let me know my car was ready to be collected...this was a first for me, normally I'm chasing other garages. The work was carried out to a high standard and completed in a timely fashion. I needed 2 new tyres to pass an MOT. I'd tried a few other places. Sam answered the phone quickly, had sensible advice on what to buy and went out of his way to ensure it could be done straight away. Spotless workshop, quick work, great customer service and one happy customer.

Need 2 front tyres urgently, phoned the Bicester branch who had plenty of tyres in stock, managed to get them fitted within the hour. Great customer service, would definitely recommended them.

Delighted with both the service and the speedy turnaround. Made a considerable saving after Sam informed us that the front brakes were fine and didn’t need to be changed. Will be back again.
