Lifesaver
Absolutely saved my life this afternoon...had a flat tyre and nobody could fit me in ..friday afternoon..after 3.30pm and was recommended HiQ....2 new tyres fitted while i waited....within 30 minutes...cant thank you enough..

I liked the online booking
I liked the online booking which allowed me to see the costs up front and choose a date. Location is very convenient to walk into town so I didn't need to arrange transport. Very friendly manager on reception. I felt as if I was an important customer. The site is also clean, tidy and well looked after.

One of the best around
The 5 star rating for my recent experience with HiQ is very well deserved.
I went on line on 20 December, easily found the tyre I needed from a good choice and competitively priced and booked my appointment for 22 December. Within a few minutes the store contacted me, checked my order and said if I wanted to drop the car in earlier than 1pm I could.
I dropped the car off at 10am, used the self service check in which was really useful and left my keys.
Within an hour my car was ready for collection.
Great friendly service from Colin, great choice and great price.
