I visited their garden centre in Marlow today. When I asked a staff member for help I was quite taken aback by her very unfriendly attitude towards me. I asked her how she was and she responded not well and to stay away from her as she had a cold. I won’t be going back there in a hurry

Hillier garden centre Cheddar
Hillier garden centre Cheddar. Stood in a queue at the cafe for 20 minutes and then gave up as nothing was moving. Rest of the garden centre really poor over priced rubbish clothing and shoes. Not as good as most garden centres very poor service.

We had a very bad meal,the response from the owner was to get in touch so I emailed management but no response as per usual so would not eat there again they do not care about their customers

Very disappointed-when you buy a light…
Very disappointed-when you buy a light breakfast for £6 you really don’t think it will be that light!! The sausages were tasteless and the mushrooms were tinned - everything was tiny and eaten in 3 minutes - and we are not oversized people. Im it was child size !!!

Visited last month for food and was good. However Visited xmas eve and what a disappointment. Very slow and bad service..when we eventually got our food that was sat (waiting for staff to deliver after cook constantly ringing the bell) it was very poor for what you pay. Unfortunately we will never return. Worst thing they ever done was change the cafe here!!!

We stood at the counter of the…
We stood at the counter of the restaurant at Hillier's in Hailsham for 5 minutes while 4 people behind the counter busied themselves doing nothing. One then finally served the man in front of us but then disappeared again up near the checkout.
Another couple of minutes passed and finally on an extremely quiet day we got served, only to be told that now it was 3pm they were no longer doing sandwiches.
Basically this is totally crap customer service.

Hillier Garden Centre restaurant…
Hillier Garden Centre restaurant (Botley, Hampshire) totally Covid19 compliant with good spaces between tables, good selection of cakes etc. Very good, prompt service - highly recommended.

Visited this shop had my visor with me
The person I was with is unable to wear a mask ( faints if she wears one )we explained this but refused entry. It clearly says on the government
Rules this is okay if you can’t. It would seem Hillier has it own rules This is the first time we have been refused entry to a shop since this mask law was brought in
