So many people talking about the restaurant, it's meant to be a garden centre!! Disappointing to see the tiny choice of indoor and outdoor plants now, in favour of overpriced kitsch in a confusing maze of muddle class trinkets.

Visited Notcutts Ditchling with a group of friends to have lunch. What a disappointment and embarrassment their Gardeners Ploughman’s I had was! Three tiny pieces of a thin French stick 10mm thick! No butter! A thin 50mm x 50mm slice of ham and small pieces of cheese with garnishing etc! Child sized portions at above adult prices! Come on Norcutts don’t be mean!

Had a lovely lunch at Notcutts Pontefract (Featherstone). Lovely ladies Sue, Nikki and Helen served us. Very kind and helpful, tasty food. Thank you!

Went to Norcutts in Widnes today. Ate lunch at the restaurant. Food was fabulous and clean premises. Including clean cutlery. Lovely staff, found them to be fast and efficient. Will go again

Notcutts Tunbridge Wells - yesterday they were preoccupied with some kind of stocktaking exercise, hoards of students and some staff busy scanning stuff, no time for customers like us getting in the way and being a nuisance! I was told two members of staff were available to help us with plants, couldn't find them though. Also disappointed with some of the wooden items on display; broken parts, flat-packs with broken straps and faded or algae-stained wood, looking neglected.

On the plus side, restaurant experience was very good. Customer service so much better elsewhere though, that's probably not enough to tempt us back.

Being there this lunch time food was not very good, sandwiches where not very good bread was so stale, and jacked potatoes were disappointing the inside were so brown as if been warmed up a couple of times, and all the cold drinks were very warm , would not recommend, we left all our food and drinks 😡

Notcutts Solihull store. The one staff at this restaurant deserves a medal. Only one on till, who was clearly new and needed help on a few occasions. A lady named Polly was on the coffee section, however she was not only doing the coffees for a busy lunchtime but running back and forth to help person on till with a few different issues plus dealing with other customers too (one complaint about the food). She did not panick or get flustered, had so much patience not only with customers but when training /advising the new staff member on the till . She controlled the situation very well. I did compliment her on the way she handled everything.
Haven't given it 5 stars as the chilli bean sauce on my jacket potato was rather dry but didn't want to add to this poor ladies day.

Went there to buy a David Austin rose , what a shambles, roses broken , some in a heap on the floor.
The staff couldn’t care less , I was even picking them up. Also still charging £34 full price ! It looked like a herd of cattle ran into them , waste of diesel. (Worksop)

Paid £45:50 for 3 breakfasts, waited 45 minutes, by the time we got breakfast the cuppa was cold, breakfast was rubbish, Mushrooms looked like they were from 2 weeks ago,toast one lot was burnt one was completely white,don't know what beans they use but they need to change them, it was a complete waste of money, we were told, by the abrupt server you were told there would be a wait, we were NOT, I would never go there again, they need to change the cook and the servers should have more manners

Notcutts charge £15 for a loyalty card. EACH YEAR. If you lose your card they charge you £15 for a replacement. You can't get a digital version - quite a nice earner for them I would imagine not to offer a digital card. I recommend you don't shop here until they offer a digital card. In my opinion this is just terrible practice.

went to Notcutts in Staines today, very disappoined, long queues at serving counter due to two staff. poor service,
in sitting area lots tables not been cleared of previous customers food/cups,lack of Staff.
food when it came was nearly cold.
cannot recommend, really disappoined!!

Tunbridge Wells Notcutts has a great butchers, lots of great gift ideas and a lovely cafe.

Nottcutts Cranleigh- avoid the restaurant. They had run out of many items of food. My order took over an hour… absolutely awful. Never again!!

Just wanted to acknowledge the wonderful care provided by Notcutts staff after my mother in law had a fall in their restaurant and broke her hip. Their extreme kindness and care for her and her family knew no limits, even extending to them closing the restaurant to preserve her privacy. Operations manager Kelly Jones and restaurant manager Alastair Miles and the rest of the staff are a credit to the company and deserve the highest praise. Your actions were very much appreciated

We are regulars at the Staines upon Thames branch and I have been meaning to give feedback for some time on how welcoming and friendly all the staff are throughout the store. We really enjoy having something to eat in the dog friendly area where the service and quality of food is exceptional.

I am at Notcutts in Ashton the service is sooooooo slow. They seem to be doing anything but serving customers, won’t come again.

No sign of Viburnums Carlesii or Carcephalum . Good instant sale plants I would have thought. Still, no signs of Christmas decorations yet either !!!!

We had a lovely Afternoon Tea to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. This was one of the best we have had.
Many thanks for the staff Jui who made the Afternoon Tea and Keren the Manager who made the whole experience so nice.

Expensive - many prices well above RRP and prices available from other bricks and mortar sellers. Example item bought for 39.99 RRP 29.99 widely available. Like to support local retailers but not at these prices.

Went to Notcutts Dukeries to meet my brother for his birthday. We with our wives had a look round and then had lunch. Restaurant was nice and dog friendly but although there must have been hundreds of thousands of pounds of plants on site they had plastic plants in the cafe.
Included in our shopping we bought a Creative light bar. When we got home we had to buy a pack of AAA batteries. The light was a sensor bar to come on with nearby motion but this did not work. It came on with the on/off switch.
I rang Notcutts for advice and they said bring it back and we will exchange it. Problem is a they are near Newark and we live in North Yorkshire. End of their help. A one and a half each way drive to return a£6.00 item is not viable but they said that it was the only way. They do have nearer premises but the nearest is still over an hour away.
As far as I am concerned the customer service is appalling.
Give them a wide berth.
