Je me suis mal fait comprendre, vous avez choisi poste canada qui est le meilleur courrier, car tous les autres cesse l'envoie à Val d'or et remet le colis à poste canada, ce qui allonge les délais, d'un minimum de 7 jours, merci encore

Poor client communication
I ordered a product and received an order confirmation. After a weeks or so, I had not received any shipping advisory and I contacted HiFiPro. I was informed that there had been a payment issue (fraud alert) and so they had just cancelled the order. Had they contacted me, all could have been resolved. Not impressed.

Hi, I'm very sorry about this situation. When we get fraud attempt, we don't call because what can you say to someone who's doing a fraud attempt? I have to follow the rules of the credit card emitters and when too many information is not matching we don't ship, we refund. Thank you, regards, Mario Gagnon, owner.

Gave me the option of delivery or store pickup. Stephane was very courteous and helpful. Hifi pro carries a very nice mix of audio products well worth looking into.
Will shop there again !

Ordered a set of speakers over a long weekend and they shipped the next business day. Had some issues with the product when it arrived, 1 broken speaker grill and one missing. Contacted service and they promptly contacted the supplier to get replacement grills sent out. Very happy with the purchase and the service!

Everything I wanted it to be
My first purchase from Hifipro.ca was excellent in all regards. I was looking for the highly rated Dali Spektor2 bookshelf speakers (currently hard to find) and a receiver to go with them. I chose the Cambridge AXR85. The website is easy to navigate and has a great selection of audio components.
Delivery by courier was very fast and included in the price. The items were safely packaged and I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. The speakers sound great and are well powered by the AXR85.
I would highly recommend Hifipro to anyone looking to upgrade their audio.
