Stylus purchase
I ordered two phono cartridge stylus, one of which I couldn't find anywhere else. Service and prices were first rate. Delivery time was very quick once shipped. That being said delivery company left parcel at wrong house. Fortunately I have good honest neighbors and they brought it to my front door. I can highly recommend HiFi Pro

Magnum Dynalab ST-2 FM Antenna
I live in a fringe area between 75 & 100 km from any transmitter towers. Other antennas I’ve tried either didn’t receive any stations or just amplified background noise. This antenna pulls in stations with very little or no background noise. If you are in a fringe area I recommend you save the frustration of trying the cheap options and just buy this antenna. This will cost more than most antenna out there but here you get what you pay for which is clean FM reception in fringe areas. Very happy with the quality & performance, well worth it for me.

Edit - I don't want to disparage a seemingly good business. It didn't seem to have worked out for me but I understand technologies / anti-fraud issues with credit cards can be an issue, and it's difficult for small vendors to manage all that.

I'm really sorry about that unusual situation. As other online shops, we don't do transactions manually, we're using Square because we had bad experience with the previous credit service supplier and we had positive experience using their virtual terminal and they have a good reputation. Transactions are either accepted, declined or we receive a fraud alert. We're not under control about this, we don't have your credit card number, signature, we just follow rules suggested by credit card issuers to avoid fraud and chargeback. Fraud is a big concern in the whole credit card processing business and the more successful the fraudsters, the more they commit fraud and share these informations. You're totally right when you said that you should have been offered an alternative payment method like PayPal or EMT transfer. As you can understand, at this time of the year, we're very busy but the person who answered you should have taken time to suggest a solution, you're totally correct and I've not been in business for over nearly 37 years to lose customers, have bad reviews or unsatisfied customers. Your satisfaction is a top priority. Again I sincerely apologize for this and I'll try to call you tomorrow if you don't mind, please contact me by email and I'm sure we'll find a solution to get you back as a happy customer with a very positive experience like you deserve.
