Very welcoming by staff,professional service given

Ben was great, he explained everything really well. My husband and I will definitely be keeping tabs on our hearing with Audika.

From my first visit right through to purchasing and follow up visits I could not have had better service.
The hearing test I received was very thorough in identifying my hearing loss and Ben at the Plymouth branch conducted himself in a very professional manner.
At no point was I under any sales pressure.
I purchased a pair of oticon cic aids which were bespoke and fit like a glove.
The difference these have made have been amazing.
Both receptionists, Maria and Jane were also friendly and welcoming.
