Hexonet has amazing support and I would recommend them 110%.

The service is good, but they can improve support because is very slow and on many occasions when support do respond the tickets, the answer simply not helpful.

As for the domain service itself, it works without any problem from WHMCS. It's pretty limited in terms of addons compared to other providers, but overall it does what it's supposed to do.

Finally, they handle quite competitive prices.

Email forwarding was very slow. Hexonet were able to find the source of the problem and provide the necessary information to get it fixed. Their support is always excellent.

I have been using their services for more than 6 years and I did not have any unsolved issues with them. They respond promptly and follow up tirelessly. It is fantastic to have a strong service provider at my back.

I registered my first domain name, EmergencyPreparedness.ca in 2001 and have used the registrars, Godaddy, 1&1Domain, Dynadot, Moniker, Coolcom, Epik, etc. I was recommended to Hexonet.net by Adam Dicker and I have been pleasantly surprised ever since. I own a modest 450 domain names, all except 21 of them registered now at Hexonet.net.

Hexonet.net is head and shoulders above all other registrars and Timo, here in Richmond, exemplifies that superiority.

We have been partners of the company as resellers for a long time. We have had to contact customer service very few times, and when we have needed to do so, we have always received a prompt and accurate response. Their customer service representatives are well trained and helpful.

Good communication and superb support when needed.

We have used Hexonet for years and they have a rocksolid service. Never had any issues. When reaching out to support to help debug an obscure DNS issue we received a comprehensive answer in a timely fashion from a friendly person.

We recommend Hexonet to anyone looking for a registrar 👍

We've been clients of Hexonet for years now and haven't had any problems. Their reseller prices are much lower than Enom.

It is been years now since I am using hexonet and I have never been disappointed with it. Awesome user experience and very user friendly dashboard to register and manage your domain names. Your support queries are always answered immediately.

This company does not have technical or customer support. I sent funds to them and they don't show up in my account. No one answers emails or ticket inquiries. I am a new customer and I regret my decision to use HEXONET.
I do not recommend them.

This company has no customer or tech support. No-one answers emails or ticket queries. I'm a new client and I'm regretting my decision to use HEXONET.

They still wont reply to me.

Why are they so different LOL

After contacting them numerous of times about a closed website, I still never received a real answer and a proper reason why the website was closed or any proof only some screenshot where nothing can be seen, the customer service gives some non conclusive answers and they have their own rules, typical moody Germans. Hexonet should be avoided there are much better companies out there...
