I just signed up for a Hexonet reseller account about a week ago and the support has been nothing short of outstanding. I launched my brand on eunixa.com (a name that I actually drop-caught through their name dropping service for less than $15!!!). Starting out, Timo from their support team took time to explain the user interface to me and has answered a whole barrage of questions for me. I trouble-shot some issues with them already as well.

I have been with Hexonet for only a short time, but have had a number of questions. Their support has been incredible. Whether I called or emailed they have been polite and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have been a long time Hexonet user for their long-standing history and the credibility that comes from it. They definitely don't have the lowest pricing but it feels safe that the domain is with them. With that being said, their support site has undergone a few revamp in the recent years and right now we have lost the ability to track a support ticket (there is only one send new request page), and my last ticket sent to them has got no response after a week. That makes me worry about the operation quality nowadays.

They have demonstrated how professional a customer request is confronted...Thanks them for their continuous follow-up until the case was closed positively...Great team...Great work.

I initially came to HEXONET after many disappointments with other registrars regarding the amount of programmatic control they allowed me through their APIs. Many features weren't available with other registrars that are standard at HEXONET. One example that comes to mind was DNSSEC support in the earlier days of the technology. HEXONET had that available through their convenient APIs pretty quickly after it was made available by the respective registry.
Also their support is absolutely world class. I very much feel that they "get" me without myself having to write lengthy emails and explain everything more than once, as was my experience with other providers.
I was also delighted to find out that they have a Canadian branch where I could transfer my portfolio with just a few clicks after moving from Germany to Canada.

Very happy with Timo's support and the whole Hexonet team generally . I have experience of a lot of different Registrars.
