Hertz - New York - East 76th Street Recenzje 

The car was not in great condition. During our trip the tire pressure registered as low and we had to spend a great deal of time getting it resolved. This is the second time this has occurred. Last time the tire needed to be replaced. Hertz should put more effort into maintaining the cars that it rents before they are assigned to people.

30+mins to pickup rental.
Didn’t have a full tank of gas, gave me a hard time about not returning it the same.

No hidden fees, easy pick up with a nice agent and easy drop off

Great customer service particularly with Rick who always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Staff at east 76st

unacceptable delay in collecting my rental car on October 4, 2026, at East 76th St, New York.

My reservation was for 9:00 a.m., but I did not receive the car until 10:57 a.m. There was a long queue that barely moved because vehicles were still being cleaned and prepared for customers.
With reservations made in advance and scheduled pickup times known, I would reasonably expect Hertz to plan vehicle preparation and staffing accordingly. A delay of nearly two hours represents a significant failure to deliver the service booked.

This rental was specifically for a one-day family trip. The delay substantially reduced our time at the destination and disrupted an outing planned around the confirmed pickup time. For a single-day rental, losing almost two hours has a particularly significant impact.

Interactions with all of the team at Hertz (East 76th Street, NY) are always excellent. Professional, polite and cater to the customers needs. Thank you.

No cars were available for my reserved pickup time. It took 2 hours for me to get my car and I was late to a rehearsal dinner because of it. Uncharacteristic of the location and despite the issue, the staff was helpful and great and handled the situation professionally.

I had booked a hybrid car but did not get it. The staff was professional and polite as usual. So not their fault. With gas prices where they are, hybrid vs normal car matters.

I rent frequently from this location and generally the service is very good and the people competent and accommodating. The only issue that has come up on a couple of occasions is that the vehicle is not ready at the pickup time and there was up to a fifteen minute went after I was checked in. This may be due to the right space in which they work.

The process to get the rental was seamless, but the process leading up to the rental took a period of time as there was an issue with one of the computers. The room is rather small and could use some freshening up.

Easy check-in and quick return. Desiree made it easy sending me a receipt from the express return and even called to make sure I received all.
Very helpful counter personnel. Great late model car in spotless condition.
