Great flat, lovely host. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a home near Manchester airport. The house was a great size with a lot of amenities for 6 adults and was located in a quiet neighbourhood but close to travel links and shops. There was great contact with the host before, during and after our stay to check in and make sure everything was fine.

We recently had a family weekend in a house in Hackney, we were travelling from Scotland so unsure of our specific travel time as not totally familiar with London, however our point of contact Andrew was great , very friendly and efficient which eliminated all our stress regarding arrival times of various family members. Thank you

Vi har hatt et fantastisk opphold i denne boligen. Alt var som beskrevet og huset var akkurat slik bildene viste. Det var lett å sjekke inn og ut, samt lett å finne frem i nærområdet. Med kort vei til undergrunnsbanen, var huset det perfekte oppholdssted for å utforske sentrum samtidig som man kunne trekke seg tilbake i de fredlige omgivelsene huset ga. Huset var godt rengjort og ryddig. Da vi mistet varmtvannet nest siste dag, ga verten rask tilbakemelding. Vedlikeholdsteamet tok imidlertid ikke kontakt som avtalt, slik at vi kun hadde kaldtvann siste dagen, men dette fikk vi raskt kompensasjon for. Alt i alt er vi svært fornøyde med oppholdet og kommunikasjonen med verten. Dette huset anbefales på det varmeste!

Everything about our stay for family of 8 was spectacular. The place was exactly as advertised, check in and out super easy, and the location cannot be better for exploring London. Having everything so close by like super market and excellent restaurants like Fred’s made it feel like home away from home.

We have just returned from a gorgeous 3 night stay at the lake side lodge. Very relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed a day in Cambridge, a fabulous trip to Grantchester, a lovely Sunday roast at little piggy in Fenstanton and a visit to St Ives. We would love to return and would definitely recommend :)

We stayed in a four bedroomed property in West Runton, it was fabulously situated with the beach 10 minute walk away, plenty of tea rooms/restaurant/pubs within easy walking distance. The property was very spacious and well equipped. Great for our weekend away, we will definitely be coming back.

The flat was a nice and cozy little home base for my friends and I as we explored London. It was clean, had the amenities needed for comfort, and was conveniently located not far from the Wimbledon Station!

Really cosy accommodation with everything you need. The garden is fully secure which was great for our dogs. Lovely village location with walks on the doorstep.

This is a fabulous apartment in a great central location. From now in this will be my home when I am in London!

you will foot every cost
they will pay you nothing and, in fact, charge you fees for the privilege of renting out your own property
they do not support you if guests damage your property
they do not support you in any way
they will take your money
they will not fulfil the contract
and yes, they are very good at farming “good reviews"

you will put yourself through hell, to lose money.
if they ever pay me back i can change this review
if it’s still up it means that they rented my property numerous times and never paid me or the cleaners for it.

I would definitely NOT recommend HelloGuest to manage your property for short-term lettings. They are total time wasters. I spent three months preparing my flat, to meet their long list of requirements, at great cost to me, and then without any good reason they rejected my property. Manager Emily was very unsupportive and very unhelpful. She seemed to be prejudiced about me being an Unpaid Carer, and intolerant that I didn’t reply to her emails immediately. She was impatient that I didn’t answer her phone call immediately. The owner Veronica did not return any of my phone calls. Very unprofessional and a very bad experience for me, having to deal with Manager Emily and her intolerant and unsupportive attitude. She suggested another management company but they DON’T operate in my area, so completely useless suggestion. The owner Veronica suggested a good solution for the key safe, which was to use Keynest, but this was not good enough for Manager Emily, despite saying that my beautiful flat with solid oak furniture was “really nice”.

Had a wonderful short stay at westward Ho the view from the balcony was amazing. The beach and town is a short walk away and enjoyed some amazing food at a few places there. Veronica was our host and was very quick with replies to all our questions and very polite would definitely go and stay there again 😊

We enjoyed a great short break here. Very comfortable and excellent location for town centre and other local attractions. About a 10 minute easy walk from the railway station. Bus stop immediately outside if you wish to use to get to locations further afield. We made full use of the local seafood restaurants but if you wish to cook your own meals the compact kitchen is well equipped.

The cottage was very clean and tidy. All useful gadgets in the kitchen worked well.
Local to all shops and takeaways, and most importantly for us, Loughborough College.
Easy and comfortable stay for just over 2 weeks.
Host excellent and quick responder.

Great location and great host

Stayed at Garden House, Low Catton. This was a beautiful little
cottage, quiet peaceful and spotlessly clean. Parking was good and the garden was secluded and secure for my dogs, who thoroughly enjoyed running around in it. We had a lovely time and hope to return again next year
