We had a problem with our functioning boiler that was the result of various poor pieces of work from other contractors. Our engineer Chris successfully identified and isolated the issue and fixed it as well as improving our overall heating connectivity and safety despite the added challenges of having to work around other mistakes. I knew my replacement hot water tank was going to be an extremely difficult task, being situated in a very confined and awkward place, plus being an old property. However, Ryan worked extremely hard putting extra effort into this difficult installation. I know how extremely difficult it all was, and I really appreciated everything he had to do to make the installation successful. No mean feat, and I’m very grateful to him for all his caring hard work and sympathetic and kind attitude.

Engineer was very helpful and patient with my questions. Quick professional service.
Thank you
