Natalie at your Redbrick store in Batley is an excellent staff member. She helped us to choose and order a gorgeous rug and was kind, friendly and very helpful. It was a hot day and she offered us bottled water for our drive home an hour away. Excellent customer service; Natalie is a credit to the Heal’s brand and its strong reputation.

I am writing to improve your user experience on the website about the adding different shipping address. This process was difficult and I have decided to contact you through the chat. The lady was helpful and but I have worked that out that I needed to add shipping address as a new address in the address book and choose that as a default shipping address, any way this was cumbersome but it was okay then I have thanked the lady on the live chat close the live chat. And then the tab was closed. This should be checked. I had to search for Heals login to my account and then complete the checkout. Please check your user experience. Thanks.

We recently made a purchase of a coffee table from Heals and realised we made a mistake when ordering regarding our preferred finish. We contacted the customer service team with little hope of being able to fix the issue with just a few days to go before delivery. But then we spoke to Alexia and my goodness, what a delight it was to have her assist us. Proper personal customer service, with heaven and earth moved to resolve the issue.

I had a bit of trouble with an order that went missing and the customer service could not have been better.

Everything was handled seamlessly and my order was re issued without a hitch.

Heal's didn't recognise my login so locked me out after only one attempt.

Great products, great quality but very poor customer service.

Recently contacted Heals customer services after ordering a garden table. Two days later they were offering free delivery. On the off-chance wrote to their customer services (Rachel) and they kindly offered to give me a credit note for the value of the delivery. Can't say fairer than that!

Great face to face interaction but terrible communication. The beautiful Heal's table we bought from Fenwick's was delivered over a month later. Something we had NOT envisaged happening. The Heal's representative in Fenwick was wonderfully helpful - shout out to Afsaneh Hassanzadeh, who deserves a gold medal in customer service - but communication with the delivery side of the business was frustrating to say the least. Delay after delay, accompanied by conflicting and downright contradictory emails. I hate to think of the effect on my blood pressure. On the plus side, we were told the £79 delivery charge would be refunded (although it was going to take ten days, why?) and the cheery delivery men were hilarious and efficient at the same time, and of course the wonderful Afsaneh. Oh, and the table is glorious.

The staff members who served me - Yasmin - at Heals at Redbrick was super helpful and went beyond to make sure that I made exactly the right purchase with my gift card

Darren at HEAL’S (Redbrick Mill) is brilliant, very helpful, patient and supa nice person, thank you for all your help over the last few purchases.

I bought 6 Architectural Mugs by Alexandra & Ainsworth Orange, one in each colour. Externally they are very attractive. Sadly, the insides very quickly acquire heavy staining after being used for coffee or tea, even though the mugs are washed immediately after use. No amount of washing, manually or in a dish washer, removes the stains. The mugs are now so badly stained as to be unfit for serving drinks to visitors. Definitely not recommended.
