Lower free delivery fees please.
Got everything I needed, at a reasonable price.
I feel the free deliveries should be £100, instead of £160.
That way I could buy more regular and so would others I know.

Good morning,
We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service. I can see that my colleague discussed this with you at the time and the delivery was made in full on the 11th of June.
We do our best for all deliveries to go smoothly, but as we use third party couriers, occasionally we do experience issues.
We are very sorry that you were affected by delivery delays on this occasion.
Please let us know by emailing or calling us if there is anything else we can do for you.
Kind regards
HB team

I am speechless !!
The order was never received. The driver came took a photo of it by the door and then took the parcel and retook a photo of the door with no parcel. I was out and yet he recorded it was signed for. I have photographic evidence in the form of a video.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations, as this is not the standard of service we aim to provide.
While we understand that the parcel was ultimately located over your gate and successfully received, we appreciate the concern and confusion caused by the delivery process. Following your comments, we have shared the details with the courier and requested that they investigate both the delivery procedure and the proof of delivery provided.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve the service we provide.
