Paula was extremely helpful and came up with some things I hadn’t thought about. She also dealt with paperwork for me. Very knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. I intend to use this office rather than go online which can be frustrating, particularly when you can’t actually speak to a person.

I thought Paula was very professional and informative with attention to detail. There was no rush and it was a relaxed experience. There was a friendly atmosphere in the bureau generally.

We experienced professional help, courteous behaviour in a warm, welcoming environment and Skye was a pleasure to deal with. She found us exactly what we wanted, sorted, booked all done with a smile.
