We had been looking for some time to find a cruise that met our needs but without success. So, we decided to contact Hays Travel as we had a particularly tricky and multiple set of requirements for a “special” anniversary vacation. We cannot thank Ella enough for the help and guidance she gave us. The service and support she gave was absolutely brilliant. It took several weeks to actually find what we were looking for. Prior to this, she had offered various options and on each occasion had provided a comprehensive breakdown of each suggestion but, as I said, they didn’t quite meet what we wanted. Undeterred, we chatted further with Ella to narrow down and pinpoint the most important aspects we wanted but she also wanted to understand our “red flags”.
