We were welcomed as soon as we walked in, we enquired about cruises and was given plenty of helpful information, we went home to think it through and returned a few days later, we saw the same assistant (Paula) who remembered us after answering a few more queries we booked our cruise, couldn't have had better service

Our second visit to Hays in Lowestoft within weeks.
As we received superb service from Claire on the first holiday we booked, we returned to book our second with her, the way things are going she will be sick of us as we are thinking about a third !
