Jack was lovely he listened to what I wanted and understood what I needed. He made the whole process so easy. He even did all the information about my wheelchair, I had to do that myself last time. I could not praise him enough. I would definitely recommend him.

Every holiday we book the wonderful staff at Hays Travel Lowestoft book it for us. We wouldn't book our holidays any other way. The staff take care of everything from start to finish. The staff at Hays Travel Lowestoft are the best.

Well it started with the staffs cheerful and lovely approach. All we wanted was a couple of brochures for Villas and apartments for a week in June. Looked through the brochures at home and picked a couple of ideal places to stay.
Went back in a couple of days later and spoke to Claire and she found what could Hopefully be our holiday. We couldn't pay that day so was hoping it could be still available the following week when we had the money.
Went back in and Michelle did the rest of the work to finalise the holiday. Claire was now on a week's holiday. Never flown Jet2 before so hoping they as good as the reviews. Thank you to the man who we spoke to 1st and to Claire and Michelle who work hard to complete the holiday booking xx

Staff in the shop were very helpful and ensured everything was to our liking. Booking process was smooth and efficient, albeit subject to the occasional slow Internet connection issues on the day in store. Service overall was excellent and would definitely recommend.
