The agent we saw was very pleasant, and did everything she could to book our holidays, so no problems etc. A pleasure to go to the store instead of booking on the Internet.

Elle and her colleague provided very good service.

Once again booked via our local Hays travel in keynsham. We’re always met with a smile and professionalism, totally supported in our choice of holiday. The staff are all so friendly and full of advice and knowledge. So Thanks again!

Help find the holiday and hotel we were looking for and gave advice on place's to visit when there.

We came in to book a holiday the lady sorry can not remember her name very pretty lady with blonde curler hair.she recommended going to Greece so she sorted out everything for us both .so very helpful exelant customer service very polite and went the extra mile to find us a 5 star all inclusive holiday .we are going the 10th of June. So thank u so much. very excited for are holiday x.

pleasant staff at the shop giving all the information required to make a booking. we rang the next day and made the booking etc. the conversation over the phone was helpful and seats on the aircraft were also booked

We went in with no real idea of what we wanted or where to go. I entered warning them of this but was greeted with big smiles and "let me help" from Ellie and she secured as a fabulous deal for a lovely holiday

There were a lot of exceptional
difficulties trying to book and pay for my flight. The member of staff at Keynsham branch was kind and patient and we finally managed to overcome these.

The member of staff made me feel at ease and took time to ensure all our holiday needs were put in place without being to pushy would recomend Hayes travel keynsham very friendly and experienced staff.
