Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
We had a very good experience with Megan at the Goring branch. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us find the right holiday to suit our needs and budget and we didn’t feel hurried into making our decision. She was incredibly patient as we looked at a number of options and she was good at asking us if we had any more questions.

First Hand Account
It was really helpful that Megan had very recently been on the cruise ship we will be staying on, as she was able to give us a first hand account of her experience. This gave us confidence that we were choosing the right accommodation on board & she also shared her personal videos with us which was so helpful.

Helpful and well-informed
Karen was friendly, efficient and most importantly was available at 5pm when we turned up in person! We had earlier booked a cruise over the phone very smoothly and quickly.

Booking a trip at short notice.
All the help given to book us on a flight at fairly short notice to Sydney for family reasons was extremely helpful, there were a lot of questions before we were able to book which were answered fully for us.
