Friendly and efficient
When Dianne spoken to us we immediately knew that we would be very happy for her assistance. We already knew which holiday we wanted to book and she dealt with both us, and the Riviera Travel representative on the telephone, with such a friendly and efficient manner. Mozart Dinner Concert - Salzburg
I went into Elgin branch with my elderly parents to book a holiday to Salzburg. Karen was very friendly and helpful researching the best flights and hotel for our stay. The main highlight of the trip was to take my parents to a Mozart Dinner Concert. Karen went above and beyond to email the hotel to get the best experience. Excellent service 👌
