The booking process was really good once we decided what we actually wanted for our trip
The staff were very patient with us and guided us to the correct cruise for us we can't fault the shop at all the staff are very helpful and friendly

We felt like you listened to what it was that we actually wanted rather than what other travel groups wanted to sell. One of our large party is disabled and they could give us the reassurance we needed about the accommodation suitable unlike TUI who said they wouldn’t have an answer for me until 6 months before we travel. Which is no use when you’re planning a large family holiday well in advance. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, they also called back when they said they would.
