We have been working with Hawke FS since we moved into our first home in 2019. I can comfortably say that Sam has been an absolute god-send each and every time we have gone to her for help. This time it was for additional borrowing and again, smashed it out of the park. There's a kindness and consideration you get here that's rare these days, Sam took the time to understand our needs and situation and talked us through every step of the process to make sure we were ok. I truly cannot see myself going to anyone else for advice!

When I began looking to buy a property Sam Agate at Hawke FS was recommended to me by a family member who had a great experience remortgaging her house with her.

Sam was insightful and patient when explaining the process of buying my first property, always giving me realistic advice on what I could aim for mortgage wise.

It was a long process to completion but Sam was always on hand to help when I needed guidance and I would recommend her and Hawke FS to anyone begining their property hunt.

Sam has been nothing short of wonderful.

I’ve had significant delays both with my and the sellers solicitors and she not only got me the best mortgage for the property I wanted but has also supported me through the whole process outside of the mortgage given the difficulties mentioned.

She’s incredibly friendly, checks in with me and has answered all sorts of questions and concerns quickly and in-depth. In the whole process, where I’ve felt like I’ve been ignored and belittled by others, she’s been a shining light of support.

I was recommended her by some friends and I would recommend her to anyone looking at buying a home.

Really I cannot thank her enough and I’m so pleased I went with her as my mortgage broker especially as I was quoted near £1000 by others for the same mortgage! The level of service could not be beaten.
