I've used Usha a few times after hearing about her from a friend. She's arranged both residential and buy-to-let mortgages for me.

Usha was quick to respond to calls and emails, providing clear explanations, and kept me informed every step of the way. She recently found me a rate that was much better than those on comparison sites.

Fees were always clearly communicated ​, and I didn't feel pressured to go with any particular lender. In fact, I feel that Usha always acted in my best interest.

Overall, the process was smooth and efficient, and I'd definitely use her again.

With so many mortgage brokers in the vicinity its always difficult to know if you have made the right choice, lets face it choices bring trepidation, but I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that Usha was a breath of fresh air! Personal and flexible was the offering and I must say my expectations were exceeded!! Nothing was too much trouble and with my own working schedule chaotic I worried our timelines wouldn't marry but she kept to her word and was available at times that suited me (a welcome relief!)

I would give more stars if i could and have referred many who have gone on to thank me for the introduction!
