Appallling service from the Havainas official website. I've bought numerous pairs of flip flops from Office shoes store but this was my first time ordering directly from Havainas. Before I ordered I checked the sizing of my other flip flops to make sure it was correct. When they arrived it was at least a size and a half smaller than my originals even though the sizing was identical. I contacted customer services and they offered no explanation apart from the mould plates can vary in size but the difference should only be 1cm. I showed them pics of the difference in sizes and they just offered a refund. I explained that I'm going on holiday and want a replacement pair so can they explain why the difference is so big in the two flip flops. They responded that they can't guarantee the size I receive. I can't believe a company cannot even guarantee their products will be correct. I took the refund but will never purchase directly from them again. Best bet is to try the size in a store, don't trust the website.

Ho acquistato per la prima volta sul sito , 2 paia di ciabatte ( 56€!!) ho chiamato 2 volte per il cambio di un modello che stranamente stessa taglia che ho per altre hawayanas questo è piccolo , mhà!? e poi scopro che devo pagare 4,20€ per il reso??!!
Ma andate al quel paese!! Mai più acquisterò da voi !!!

Servizio online pessimo.Ho fatto il ordine 30 giugno 2024 no lo so quando arriva perche non trovano il ordine .Ho chiamato assistenza clienti l’hanno detto che mi devono restituire i soldi.Spero bene.

Avvio una procedura di reso per merce con evidenti difetti, trovano mille scuse per evitare il reso, chiedono foto di tutti i tipi, nemmeno nelle scene del crimine…
Come ultima risposta ti concedono reso con spedizione a carico del cliente…. Imbarazzanti mai più

Hi everyone….I ordered a couple of pairs of Havianas for a fast approaching holiday , and having read the reviews, I’m regretting it already. Ordered them 10 days ago and although they promised “ 5 working days” it is now 8 working days .whenever I try to email them , I’m told email address doesn’t exist ?? Can anyone advise me of an email address that they’ve at least had a response from ?? Cheers x

Negozio di gente distratta e politica di reso vergognosa.
Compri il 43 e ti mandano il 46, come é possibile una cosa del genere??
Poi li chiami e ti dicono che per fare il reso ci vuole un mese.

Ordered 2 slippers and they were big so I submitted my request to return them. I received a return label but didn't realize I was sent two shipping labels until after I sent the slippers back. I only received credit for one pair and to this day, they have yet to credit me for the 2nd pair, despite sending a couple of emails. Needless to say I have never purchased from the website again and will never purchase this brand elsewhere.

Grundsätzlich nichts auszusetzen, aber man wird mit Angeboten gelockt. Retour kostet 5,50€. Aber man wartet vergebens auf sein Geld. Nie wieder

Just save ourself a headaches and buy Havaianas at the shoe store, because if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason from online shop it will be very difficult to get your money back.

1e keer na 3 weken pas geld retour, te weinig terug gehad en daarna namen ze geen contact meer op. De 2e keer beweerde ze dat mijn adress onbekend was, binnen 2 dagen mijn geld terug en een link om opnieuw te bestellen voor het dubbelw bedrag. Oplichters.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Ordered a pair of sandals and used the websites recommended size conversion chart. When they arrived, they were too small and after googling the EU to UK size conversion, it became apparent that their website conversion information is incorrect. I contacted them to make them aware and return the sandals. However, I was charged £4.90 to return for their error which is poor customer service. They did offer a voucher on my next order but I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

Ik heb Hawaianas espadrilles besteld. Maar bleek niet goed te zijn. Ook de stof bleek anders te zijn.

Nu komt het ….. ik wilde de slippers terugsturen. Dat is een ramp. Alles wordt gedaan om te voorkomen dat je schoenen terugstuurt. Echt alles. Totaal niet transparant proces. Vragen hoe het proces gaat help niet. Gevolg is dat je het even laat liggen. Dat ‘even’ duurt langer. En dan vergeet je het.
De schoenen heb ik gratis aan mijn buurman gegeven.

Ik heb recent de gang van zeken geschetst en een officiële klacht ingediend bij Hawaianas.
Bij een zekere ‘Dagmar’ van Hawaianas.
Dacht even dat ze daar gevoelig voor waren. Nee dus. Er wordt op een hele rationele manier gereageerd. Op de retour-proces-vertragings-tactiek wordt niet ingegaan.

Ik bestel vaak online en stuur ook soms terug. Maar dit is een ramp.

Hawaianas doet dit heel bewust en men weet dit. Dat is misschien nog wel het meest ranzige er aan. Nooit meer bestellen bij Hawaianas. Punt.

Meer dan een week geleden besteld maar nog niks ontvangen.

Servizio clienti allucinante!!ho fatto l'ennesimo ordine in data 1 ottobre pagando in anticipo: consegna prevista entro 2/3 gg lavorativi. Al 10 di ottobre cioè dopo 7 gg lavorativi ho scritto una mail al servizio clienti che ovviamente non ha risposto. In data 11 ottobre ho nuovamente scritto ma anche in questo casonessuna risposta. Del mio ordine nessuna traccia e nessun aggiornamento

Buongiorno sono Federica Roma volevo segnalare che è già il secondo paio di’ plattform che compro e che si rompe subito dopo , e’ inaccettabile che un infradito pagato 40 € sia così poco resistente. Sono arrabbiatissima .

De slippers die ik binnen kreeg waren echt niet fijn ze zitten veel te los het lijken qua breedte wel mannen slippers! Contact opgenomen en foto's gestuurd waar goed te zien is hoe los ze rond mijn voeten zitten en dan zeggen ze daar dat ze prima zitten!
Waardeloos echt waar! Voor mij NOOIT HAVAIANAS meer en ik zal ze verder ook NIEMAND AANRADEN!!

Non si possono dare 0 stelle altrimenti L’avrei fatto, servizio clienti pessimo, intanto nel fine settimana non sono disponibili quindi c’è esplicitamente scritto se si ha bisogno di aiuto per annullare un ordine di scrivere o chiamare durante la settimana, quindi ho inviato email, contattato su whatsapp ma nulla, al che lunedì mattina chiamo perché non ho ricevuto risposta, e mi rispondo che non possono annullare l’ordine perché ormai doveva passare il corriere a ritirare. Prima e ultima volta che ritiro da Hawaianas.

Da anni acquisto presso il negozio esclusivista Havaianas di Pescara, delle infradito di vari modelli e colori, mai avuto nessun problema, quest’anno per la prima volta, mi è capitato un infradito che non riesco a capire se la gomma è difettata o ha subito un trattamento non riuscito, quando le indosso, ad ogni passo, gracchiano, tipo stridolio, che da molto fastidio, sopratutto se qualcuno in casa sta ancora dormendo, per questo motivo in casa, uso infradito Primark, pagate €1,30 a confronto delle 32€ delle Havaianas. Mi sono rivolta al negozio dove le ho comprate in data 28.06.23 e dopo aver riferito alla commessa-responsabile, se poteva rimandarle in azienda per essere visionate, mi ha risposto che per lei a vederle non avevano nessun problema e che nessuno aveva mai segnalato un problema del genere, cosa che invece leggo nelle recensioni, essersi presentato anche ad altre persone, ho anche detto alla signora del negozio che nello stesso giorno ho acquistato tre paia di infradito per la famiglia, che non hanno nessun problema, poteva, visto che sono una cliente, che non ha chiesto soldi indietro o sostituzione, semplicemente farli visionare in azienda e avere una risposta da un esperto. Penso che l’atteggiamento non sia stato assolutamente carino, anzi credo che in seguito valuterò altri brands.

Ho acquistato in Sardegna a Baia Sardinia un paio di havaianes rotte dopo due volte che le ho indossate. Ora vediamo come procederà il negozio Enjoy shop per il risarcimento o la sostituzione.
