2 paar slippers besteld, slechts 1 paar geleverd.
formulier 2x ingevuld incl foto van het pakket waarop het gewicht van 0,5kg staat, zodat er zeker geen 2 paar in had kunnen zitten. Geen enkele reaktie gehad.
Ik dacht bestellen bij de fabrikant zit wel goed en had dus deze keer niet trustpilot geraadpleegd.... Stom stom stom.....

Ik heb twee paar slippers besteld, maar er maar één ontvangen. Ik probeer de aankoopbewijzen via het contactformulier op de website te uploaden, maar dat lukt niet. Ik raad het af!

Commande passée le 25/02. Toujours pas en préparation et aucune mise à jour au 02/03, j’appelle donc le service client. « Je ne pense pas que votre commande sera expédiée car en fait y a eu un soucis technique apparemment. À mon avis elle ne sera pas préparée c’est pour ça que vous avez pas eu de nouvelles, donc je pense que vous aurez un remboursement d’ici la semaine prochaine ». Ok donc si on appelle pas on sait pas quoi !!! Et vu comment c’est flou, je crains pour le remboursement, donc j’ouvre immédiatement un litige PayPal.

Grande adepte des havaianas,c'est maintenant terminé! J'achète pour la 1ère fois sur leur site internet cet été. Ils m'envoient la mauvaise taille, pas celle commandée. J'appelle le service client qui me répond: faut nous les renvoyer mais les frais seront à votre charge.

Ho comprato 3 paia di ciabattine di questa marca, con la vendita Privalia. Mi sono arrivate lunedì e oggi , martedì, ne ho usato un paio per andare al mare... si è scollata la suola! Probabilmente con il caldo della sabbia... ma che porcheria sono???

Comprato sul sito Privalia 3 paia di ciabatte infradito con indicazione taglia IT 39/40 .. mi arrivano con la taglia BRASILIANA 39/40 - USA 9/10 ed Europea 41/42... sono un pò larghe naturalmente! Che rabbia! Mi rifiuto di chiedere il reso!!!!! Me la ricordavo più seria questa azienda!!!

Twee paar slippers gekocht, 1 paar retour omdat de kleur niet overeenkomt met de foto's. Geautomatiseerd bericht ontvangen dat de terugbetaling gaat plaatsvinden, alleen vindt die dus niet plaats. Mail gestuurd. Geen reactie. Geld pleitte. Bestel er maar niet, komt niet goed dit.

Sadly my relationship with havaianas has abruptly ended after my fourth and final pair has broken, again! Whilst comfortable, the quality is extremely poor. Each pair I owned has broken at the toe thong, which renders it totally irreparable. Sorry Havaianas, the time has come for me to take my custom elsewhere…

Ordered a matching pair for myself and my daughter on their European website. It was not clearly stated that the shown sizes were not European sizes. So I asked to return my daughters size, as the one I ordered are way to big. They say I can do so, but I will have to pay the fee to return them and another fee for the new pair… so it will cost me 10 EUR to change a size of kids shoes that cost 20 EUR…. I find this absolutely ridiculous. I’m sending both pairs back and will change brands moving forward. Also, the pattern and colors did not match the photos online.

I order online and they sent me used and when I ask for refund they told that they need photos I sent the photos and after that noone replied me back. So I paid for new and I get used with scratches and marks. Stay away from that brand.

Sandals broke within a month and sprained my ankle on holiday. Contacted Maria at customer care who has been totally unhelpful fails to respond to emails and had the cheek to offer me a voucher for another pair instead of a full refund. After sales at this company has really gone down hill and would not recommend products which in my opinion are not the quality they used to be. Very Disappointed to say the least.

They canceled my order and won't give me my money back.

J’ai passé une commande sur le site officiel de Havaianas, qui devait être livrée par DHL. Sans explication, le transporteur a été changé pour Colis Privé. Résultat : mon colis a été volé ou perdu.

J’ai contacté plusieurs fois le service client Havaianas (par internet + appel, sans aucune réponse à ce jour. Leur numéro ne fonctionne pas. Aucun suivi, aucun geste commercial, rien. C’est une honte pour une marque de cette renommée.

Je déconseille vivement de commander en ligne sur leur site : aucune sécurité, aucun service après-vente.

I bought a pair of expensive flip flops for my spouse back in March. I ordered her usual size. She developed blisters between her toes directly after she started wearing them. Turns out the dimensions of the slippers were totally different from the multiple slippers she already had. Size consistency is a joke with this firm. They won’t even reply to my emails. We’ve ordered dozens of flip flops in the past but we’ve reached our breaking point. Never again.

Bestelling gedaan via de Havaianas site. Bestelling is nooit gekomen en er is geen kantenservice in Nederland en de online chatrobots herkennen niet de Nederlandse bestelling!!!! Kortom geld kwijt en geen slippers

Comprate le loro infradito per ben due volte, entrambe le volte la scritta “havaianas” si è arrugginita completamente.
Non riesco a capire perché fare delle infradito per il mare se dal momento che entrano a contatto con l’acqua diventano nere. Pagate 30€. Per me è una truffa, le infradito sono entrambe da BUTTARE.

Ho restituito 2 paia di ciabatte e me ne hanno rimborsata una sola. Ho scritto più volte ma nulla, il silenzio più totale...nessuno risponde. Pessimi, non acquisterò mai più
