This app never works properly…they advertise access to 50% of wages….in reality only 2 days out 5 per week get loaded on the Hastee app…which only gives access to maybe 10 or 20% of the money I have earned?
I have raised this with the Company I work for and they can’t do anything, I also phoned Hastee myself and they refused to deal with me?
Don’t trust these cowboys
Useful sometimes but incredibly unreliable and therefore not useful. Better off without Hastee pay if you don’t want to get stuck in a sticky situation. I have used this service on and off for 7 years.
Unable to install the app for the last two weeks due their error with sending SMS text message to confirm the phone number linked to the account
Hastee support blames it at their third party and will not take responsibility to resolve it. It says that more users are affected, however 14 days and counting the issue is not resolved. No updates, no real action. Shame, nothing else but shame.
Hastee is completely non functional and actively detrimental. The only honest move left is to initiate a permanent shutdown.
The current service by Haste is getting worse. They will never update your balance unless you raise a service ticket.
There is no fix times for your balance and shifts to be updated. For every transaction they charge £1.95 which is ridiculous for their poor service.
Friday Saturday and Sunday shifts will only be updated on Monday after you raise a ticket.
And there is no complaint procedure available.

Absolutely destroys life if you use this regularly the money comes out before tax. And then come pay day you’ve borrowed half your wage and then pay tax on the whole amount but you only have half left. Nowhere on the website does it explain how it works come pay day.if you use often it wil be very similar to the pay day loan trap. Avoid using this service at all costs. I would give zero stars if that wa an option.
Initially I liked the service, accepted that over £100 there was to be a small fee of £1.00.
However now they have changed and become greedy and I have been informed as of 1st of July they will charge £1.95 no matter what sum II withdraw. Which I feel is disgusting as it's my money in the first place and I have earned it! Will now cancel my subscription to it and also inform my company and update them of this greedy increase of fee"s.

I been using this app for a while but now they over charging I just got my payslip and haste charged me 671,but I borrowed 172, same last month but it wasn’t that much, I just have to quit my job cause they targeting me, I suggest everyone do not use that app it gonna scam sooner or later
Absolute abomination! Unreliable , as once again they are not updating the balance on the day stated. Go into bankruptcy, go into administration as you are absolutely useless.
