I placed my order online when I couldn’t get any rattan garden furniture locally. The order was delivered 3 days later and the rattan furniture is excellent quality and pre assembled which is fantastic! I’ve already recommended Harts to friends and family as I can’t fault their service or furniture range.

First time ordering from Harts. Read up reviews before ordering and there were some really good reviews. Gotta say I am so impressed with the service and product. The items came really carefully wrapped, and despite there being some initial delays with the delivery, they managed to still make a special delivery to get the furniture to me on the date booked. No instructions for the parasol but it's pretty self explanatory. Overall stunning cube set. Hopefully the quality remains as it is as we start to use it.

Several delays - first time buying from Harts

Arrived on time. All fits together well in a cube under the cover. Looks good.

Following an order last year an add on piece of furniture in the same style was wanted. Hart's were able to source it and deliver inside a week.

Ordered online, immediate confirmation received by email suggesting a delivery date which wasn't convenient for us. We very quickly organised an alternative date.
The day came but we hadn't been given a delivery time so contacted the office by telephone and we were given an estimated time for late afternoon by a friendly staff member.
The driver rang when he was about 5 minutes away to prepare us. Unfortunately when he did arrive he had numerous failed deliveries on his lorry so we had to handball our delivery off the side of the wagon. (It was a good job I had 2 fit tall adults to help me) The driver was very appreciative.
We checked the Sofa set the next morning as the policy states any damages to be reported within 24 hours. We are very pleased with the quality and no damage.

Very impressed, excellent quality furniture. Couldn’t be happier.
