The albums are really poor quality and not worth the money.

Item as describe ( excellent) and fast delivery, would shop again with Harrison , Cameras.

Discovering Harrison Cameras for part-exchanging a Canon R5 for a Canon R5 Mark II has been an absolute delight.
Real people (and a telephone number to boot) not bots feigning empathy; VERY fast responses to queries and comments; very competetive prices (far better than the market leader); pick up and delivery arranged to suit me and, finally, unbelievably fast payment. The entire process took 5 working days,
I couldn't be happier.
This is from someone who rarely writes reviews in the wake of bad experiences from retailers who expect 5*s simply for doing their job. Harrison Cameras were suerb and will certainly be my retailer of choice for future business.

Ordered a nice photo album at a great price with a considerable amount off. Album arrived quickly and I'm very pleased with the quality of it. I would not hesitate to order from Harrison Cameras again. Great people to do business with.

I bought a Fujifilm X-T50 S/H with a 12 month g'tee. Fine until I needed to claim, as there was was a minor fault. Fujifilm suggested that I return the camera to them. The camera was repaired at no charge as a 'gesture of goodwill'. I did e-mail Harrison Cameras four times and got no reply. I wrote to their office In Chesterfield and again no reply, but to be fair that could be the Royal Mail. I do not rate a company on how good it is when you buy but how good they are when things are not right.

My husband purchased some picture frames from this company.
They turned out to be extremely difficult to fit the pictures into, and the glass in the frame was so flimsy it broke while being fitted.
He rang the company to ask for a refund, explaining why he wanted to return them. They were rather belligerent and refused to pay the postage for the returned items, saying that they didn't care about unfavourable reviews. 'We have plenty of good ones'.
So all in all Harrisons is not impressive when a customer has a problem with their products.

Decades of collective experience both as photographers and with the equipment they sell mean that the staff are a genuine and extremely well informed sales team. Face to face they are friendly, knowledgeable and also prepared to think creatively to find the best solution to customers needs. Full marks.

Ordering and delivery of items was fine and as expected. As a small business i can understand and accept the returns policy amendments of:
- 14-day period for returns of goods (paid for at senders own cost)
- T&Cs returns policy of a deduction to apply to unsellable goods.

However I was slightly surprised to have been notified of a 20% reduction to a returned item due to missing tissue-paper surrounding the item (a scrapbook), meaning the item was un-sellable and the company reserved right to apply the returns policy.

Against the value of £20 a 20% deduction for tissue-paper replacement this on value seems ridiculous, and I can only comment that there is no flexibility or customer experience within the organisation.

Quality second hand item. Renewed my faith in buying second hand. Perfect.

Very knowledgeable staff, helped me in choosing a new camera. Mention here to those who assisted me on my 3 visits - Sian helped in explaining the different types, later Jonathan gave helpful info on lenses, storage, help guides etc, Natalie when I returned after buying a camera and couldn't connect it to my phone! All customer focused, patient, no pressure. Great selection in the shop, good pricing on comparison. Great service, well done!

Damaged on receipt, glass broken in two areas but inferior quality, flimsy
back. You would have to take the whole back off if you wanted to change a photo.
The glass doesn't sit properly in each photo section, so can move around
and doesn't seem stable. It seems you would have to stick the photos on the one mount sheet to display as the photos can't sit in the individual frames. The glass could fall out / dislodge easily. Seems pointless.Not sure the hook on the back of the flimsy cardboard backing would hold the weight of the frame when wall mounted. Very disappointing.! Ihave bought several in the past elsewhere as gifts with each having its own photo box and access. This one sadly is ineffective.
Refund given but I have informed them that the style of frame with loose glass is more likely to break in transit! Needs a review.

100% Perfect customer service from Harrison Cameras, who I had not heard of, and who popped up in a search for a Fuji GF 20-35 zoom lens, which was listed as 'IN STOCK' by Einfinity and was cancelled next day NOT IMPRESSED this was also very sensibly priced, arrived exactly as described, in flawless condition and with one years guarantee, just like the equally excellent Park Cameras in Burgess Hill in Sussex, the lens is just perfect for my needs, the FREE next day delivery by Ahishek at DPD, was also flawless, now that MPB has got greedy and is NOT offering FREE next day delivery, a serious retrograde step, I will be checking these fellahs out as standard, when next in need! Highly recommended!!!!

Flawless customer service is hard to find these days and Harrison Cameras earns my 5 stars. Part exchange was very good, better price than anywhere else for used, and there's a real knowledgeable person to talk speak with. Within 4 days my part exchange was complete and new camera arrived. There aren't that many photographic retailers around so please don't hesitate to use them with confidence.

Helpful staff, had a problem applying a discount code (my error I hasten to add) but quickly put right by Caroline,thanks. Next day deliver if ordered by 2pm, DPD delivered my last purchase and was kept well updated with delivery schedule.

Such a joy to find somewhere that still offers proper good customer service. Having bought online before now had chance to visit in person. Was not disappointed, with staff member Rachel Rawson giving first class advice on finding a bag for my camera ( which I didn’t bring with me - doh! ). With her help soon found two that fitted my requirements in the budget I had in mind. Well pleased with my purchases departed Harrison Camera’s car park to return to the hotel. Where the camera was very happy with it’s new bag. Well done Harrison Cameras !
