My Personalised Christmas Crackers are absolutely beautiful, thank you! They were such good value (bought two and got a discount) but they look so expensive, I am delighted and hopefully the recipients will be too. I also bought a Personalised Christmas Tree decoration which is just gorgeous. The website is easy to navigate and I found what I wanted very quickly. I like the products. I’m very happy with the lovely clear sound that the bell makes.

Super fast delivery great quality, I have purchased the Christmas sacks before . The lined ones are even better really lovely quality.
The only thing I would change would be to add a personalised name or Happy Christmas on the ribbon. I have purchased some personalised ribbon elsewhere for the sacks but that’s just my choice . Otherwise these are perfect and will last years and years .

Good quality Christmas sack, 3rd one I've bought for grandchildren.

Ordered in August, so granted plenty of time for delivery in time for Christmas. However, there was no notification as to delivery being significantly delayed, nor was I kept up to date via email.

I had to reach out to question where my order was 2 weeks after ordering and it was only on the second chaser email that I got a response which said 'we’re in the process of building up our team and preparing for Christmas, so some orders are taking a little longer than usual'.

Item arrived 5 weeks after order date and overall I'm happy with the actual product but the customer experience/service was shocking.
