Their is no specific 1 hour time slot…
Their is no specific 1 hour time slot for delivery now, all I get is 7am till 10 pm
On your website when ordering every item is listed whether it’s in stock or not very frustrating and time wasting

Hi David,
On the morning of delivery our courier will provide you with a one hour delivery slot. If that time isn’t convenient, you’ll also have options to rearrange the delivery for another day.
Our stock availability can frequently change throughout the day. If a product is out of stock at the time you’re browsing, it will be clearly flagged as unavailable. You can still choose to add it to your trolley if you’re building an order to checkout at a later stage.

Great service!! Hancocks website is incredibly easy to use, my favourite feature is searching for gluten free or vegan sweets. Being able to see what is in stock and available to ship is important as well. I have had only positive experiences with their customer support and continue to use them throughout the school year.
My delivery was fast, on time and the driver was very helpful to move the heavy boxes inside for me.

Came in perfect condition and arrived on time my only problem would be that I wish we could select a time for delivery but that's it. I would order from them again

They’re always super helpful BUT no stock online
They’re always super helpful, so you don’t have to deal with tons of back-and-forth emails if an issue comes up.
The only problem with Hancocks right now is that their top items are sold out online, so I’ve had to go elsewhere. I’ve always been loyal to them, but I need the stock delivered, so I had to use another supplier for my shop. I even checked with the manufacturers and they confirmed there aren't any supply issues. I really don't want to start shopping elsewhere, but I might have to if things don't change soon.

Ordered large bags of assorted sweets in different sizes for a childrens party,with Vat and delivery added on thought it was expensive but after checking on Amazon their mega bags were a lot more expensive.

Postage bit pricey
Quick delivery all packed well..would suggest not using plastic protection packing but to change to shredded paper instead.

A bit disappointed
A bit disappointed. Placed an order for click and collect but it said a few lines were not in stock in the branch I had selected but they'd deliver those which were missing - which was great.
On collecting my order from the store 2 other lines were missing. I called and asked could they deliver those with the other bits that they were delivering and told no they couldn't. So after driving to the store to collect the bulk of the order and getting a delivery I am still 2 lines missing which is really disappointing.
