Amazing experience. Nial was a great. Full of knowledge, always happy to answer questions. When I finally made my decision on the Squale 1545 it was with me the next day. So happy with the watch.

Impossible shipment tracking
From Italy I ordered on 11.07.2022 a nylon watch strap from Guru Watches, paying a total of GBP 23,32; today 21.07.2022 I am still waiting the parcel. Neither tracking nor delivery status is available. Quite disappointed.
Update: I revise my review on 22.07.2022 giving 5 stars because GURU Watches promptly gave me effective explanations, problems are due to Italian Customs who are sluggish making things very slow (Brexit). Shipment tracking of Poste Italiane is eventually working.

Hi Luca,
I just emailed you with your tracking url which you should have received (not sure why it didnt come through for you but I have re-sent it to you). I posted your strap myself on the day that you ordered it, but there have been problems with Italian customs slowing things down a lot this year.
If you get in touch with me I hope we can find out what is happening.
So sorry this has happened to you, once its in the post its out of my control :(
Thanks
Nial

Returning customer…
This is the third time I’ve ordered straps from Guru Watches. Very competitive on price, even when compared with buying directly from the manufacturer. Fast delivery and a level of personal attention you just don’t expect these days. Many thanks!

Thanks Lee, That Matic of yours is a stunner! (try it on a 22mm white Guru Tropic or ask me about the new Tracker range I have it white too)
Excellent Service
Very professional service, all around excellent from beginning to end. Marathon Anthracite GSAR is exactly as promised. Built like a tank with plenty of personality to match. Plus Guru have probably the best range of rubber straps I've seen. Highly Recommended.

First time purchasing from Guruwatches after stumbling across their website, and it will not be the last. Excellent quality and extensive variety of items in the online store and the straps arrived within 48-hours.

Thanks Colin, I try to provide a service as close to having an independent face to face shop as possible, treating people like people and not 'users' should be the norm, its certainly how I like to do business :)
A great time for brilliant service.
I'm so happy to have found a business that turns the plethera of "Covid" excuses for poor service on it's head.
I found a watch that was really appealing to me at a sale price. Not only did I receive the watch in just a couple of days, but it was very well packaged and set with the correct time and date.
A personal note was received on the back of the invoice to round of a perfect buying experience. Brilliant!

Muhle Glashutte M29 Classic
Very pleased with service offered. I had ordered this watch from 2 other retailers, but both failed to supply the watch as advertised on their websites. Guru Watches succeeded in sourcing this watch, which was in limited supply due to being at the end of its production run. Beautiful looking watch, thank you.

I'm so glad Kaysia, thats a lovely watch you have there, if I didn't have massive wrists I would have certainly have one myself! Thanks for taking the time to review!
Good quality nato strap
Good quality nato strap, fit and finish all good but not my style . The colour doesn’t suit me. Could do with some branding on the buckle or a nice label underneath maybe to make it stand out. The material would be a lot better if it was nylon instead of seatbelt fabric. It would give it a tougher feel. The seatbelt fabric was nice and thick though.

Hi Lindsay, thanks for taking the time to review, we don't have a full line of our own NATO straps yet (as we do with the Marine national & FKM straps) so we currently only these unbranded basic straps, but that is reflected in the price. we do have a 'Tudor style' Bond NATO which is branded and as Grey and black which you may prefer, just get in touch and I'd be happy to swap it over for you :)
Outstanding service.
Outstanding service and a very pleasant experience throughout. Were happy to discuss options and offer advice before ordering my watch in (new edition Muhle glashutte rescue timer).
Fantastic service and would not hesitate to use Guru watches again.
