Guru Watches Recenzje

Amazing experience. Nial was a great. Full of knowledge, always happy to answer questions. When I finally made my decision on the Squale 1545 it was with me the next day. So happy with the watch.

Great website! Lots of stuff to browse through and good prices.

Ordered some spring bars, took over a week to arrive, the ones that arrived were wrong, and they won’t respond to emails.

Nial at Guru Watches is a real star. He originally won my business by helping me with a watch I hadn't even bought from him—he simply went above and beyond.

I naturally bought my next watch from him. When it developed a fault a year later, his support was fantastic, and he had it fixed speedily. Highly recommended for both sales and service!

Was very happy with the watch and the delivery and ordering process was nice and quick

Nial was really helpful answering my questions before choosing a watch. Once ordered there were a few hiccoughs which were not Nial’s fault which he solved. He then went above and beyond to drive the watch to me in time for my Birthday! Would definitely recommend Guru Watches without hesitation.

This was my first purchase from Guru Watches and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I called to check if a particular watch was in stock, and Nial was excellent in providing the information I needed and even called back with a confirmed delivery date. The watch arrived exactly when promised, the price was very competitive, and I was delighted to receive the latest version featuring the glide clasp. A smooth, professional, and trustworthy first transaction – thank you! I look forward to returning for future purchases.

First time purchase. Very easy and quick delivery. Exceptionally pleased with item.

Worst ever customer support! Tried to modify my order (a clip on Marathon Compass) and sent 2 emails ( 3and 4 days ago)-no one ever came back to me!
7 days since I paid for it and not a single update on my order!
Will never buy from them again!

Great service and great products

Very good communication regarding an out of stock watch, and surprisingly quick delivery! I am also very pleased with the watch - a Davosa Ternos medium, which is extremely well made for the price, and sits very well on my wrist, which many larger watches don't.

Great price, great service - delivered fast where others could not. Will certainly use again!

Thanks for repairing the squale. Good to have it back

Superb quality watch strap. Very fast delivery and securely packed by Guru Watches. Highly recommended.

Site en ligne avec beaucoup de choix, même des articles de marques réputées. Les prix sont intéressants et le service commercial à la hauteur.
Seul critique : la communication après vente qui est difficile.

Excellent service! Would defiantly use again

Nial helped me a lot.

I bought product 20.12 and they still didnt sent them (after 3 weeks).
No respond on mail, contact form etc. That was second order and probably last. Sadly I cant recommend them.

I Absolutely love my new Isofrane dive watch strap! The heft, the quality and most of all the scent!
I have now bought three straps from Guru Watches and it has always been a pleasure. Thank you .
