I wanted a stitch in the ditch foot for my Janome 725S. I have used GUR before, so I felt confident in ordering it from them. It's important to get feet that are compatible with your machine, so I was very reassured to see my model listed among those the foot fits. It arrived promptly in the post, and does the job perfectly!

I was a bit apprehensive on ordering a sewing machine brand that I had never heard of from a company I had never heard of. I shouldn't of worried the machine was delivered the next day and it is perfect, very smooth and with abundance of features I would of expected from a much more expensive machine. I have used a lot of machines and most of them bounce on the table when I am sewing fast, not this one its very quiet and smooth. I would highly recommend this company.

Great customer service. Ordered Jaguar 405 sewing machine which arrived within a few days of ordering. Had a minor issue with door catch which resolved itself. GUR were prepared to collect machine and offer refund, not required. Machine is excellent, very clever, easy needle threading. Really pleased with purchase.l
