Bought 2 items in the sale. A Brother Wide Table with nearly 50% reduction on the RRP and reduced Maderia Stabiliser which just tipped the balance for free delivery. Easy to use website, delivery prompt, no issues. Would recommend and will use again.

Great company to deal with, the table with sewing machine was broken. A replacement was sent out immediately.

I ordered a small part for my machine and it turned out not to be the right one—possibly my mistake, as the model differences are quite subtle.
What impressed me was how the company handled it. They responded quickly, identified the issue straight away, and arranged for the correct part to be ordered and sent out at no extra cost. They also told me not to worry about returning the original item, which made things very straightforward.
Communication throughout was clear and courteous, including updates when there was a delay due to a supplier stock take.
Although the original part was low value, the overall service was excellent. I felt well looked after and would happily use them again.

I rang GUR the man Parma was so helpful sent me a link for me to order on.
He then rang me back to check all was OK and said he was packing up the sewing machine I had purchased, I received the machine next day couldn't have asked for better service, so helpful.

Hello, I bought a box of high quality embroidery thread each one has 550 meters of really beautifull colours they are a clearance line with a big discount, I recommend these get some whilst you still can.

Excellent service - there was an issue with my machine and they were very quick to reply and send a replacement - would definitely use again and highly recommend.
