Easy ordering system, prompt response and next day delivery free. Whats not to like. The Brother machine itself is light weight and sews beautifully and will save me having to get out my large embroidery machine to do small projects.

I bought the Brother 2104D overlocker. I am very pleased with the machine and with the service from GUR Sewing Machines.Ordering was easy and the machine was dispatched ready for next day delivery. I had gone into my local branch of a well known crafting store, but they had no overlockers in stock. A very helpful assistant told me she had this machine and had purchased it from GUR, who I had not heard of before but I was glad of the recommendation. The machine is great to use and I have had no problems threading it. It is my first overlocker and seems ideal for what I will use it for.
