Have used these guys for over a decade for all my garden needs. Very competitive prices, knowledgeable staff, large selection of available stock (what you need in a pinch, back orders loool)...what more could you ask.

Amazing customer service
When the delivery company said my order had been delivered to my neighbours but my neighbours said it hadn't, I emailed GroWell to ask for their help. Within a few hours of sending my email, I had a very helpful response from Keiran who contacted the delivery company immediately. When they insisted it had been handed to the neighbours, Kieran simply sent me a replacement order. I don't think I've ever experienced such amazing customer service. Thank you. I will most certainly be back and recommending you to my friends.

Great service, really friendly and knowledgeable team,
I called regarding a technical issue I was experiencing with nutrients and although this was something I hadn’t brought from there shop adam was still willing to help me out, he gave me a great amount of insight in to the product I was using.
With customer service like this, I’ll definitely be purchasing my next upgrades through these guys.

I ordered an aquarium heater which arrived quickly, but the glass enclosure was damaged when the packaging was opened. Customer services were contacted and Beth arranged to have a replacement sent the same day. great customer service and i will certainly be using their services again.
