I used the chat line which led to an email exchange between a lady, called Beth, and myself. She was most helpful and was able to help me sort out my problem.

My order, arrived, later today and without her help I would have duplicated my order.

Quality customer service regarding a rare issue with a purchase from over a year ago which was dealt with quicky.

GroWell are great for all your propagation, hydroponics and lighting needs.
We went in not knowing what we were really looking for but Matt was so knowledgeable and helpful, he fixed us up with what we needed and his help and advice was invaluable.
We highly recommend GroWell and we will be back!

Renate followed up my order before I could report that the courier had failed to deliver the goods. Problem sorted quickly and without fuss. I just wish more customer support teams were as helpful, friendly and proactive. Easily the best I've ever come across.

A mistake was made with my order but Keiran bent over backwards to rectify it and kept me informed throughout. Very grateful.

Really good customer service!!! Resolved my issue without any awkwardness, was spoken to by Beth from customer service who spoke politely to me and was really reinsuring that my issue would be corrected. Would definitely recommend this company 5⭐️

After I posted a poor initial review, I finally was contacted by Beth (after I responded to an unwelcome marketing newsletter), who despite cross overs from other parts of the company and tetchiness on my side did resolve the issue to my satisfaction. A bit of a frustrating long haul, but finally resolved.
Takeaway - we all have moments and I think for them the lack of staff, technical issues and Black Friday have all come into play, so hopefully a lesson learned.

For a number of years and have always found the staff and the manager James to be very friendly and helpful.

The staff are know there buisness and customers well and always do their best.

The manager James will go out of his way to help. Even calling on his days off to let you know your ordered product has arrived.

Can't recommend them enough

I used them for years, But no more, they sent an incomplete order and won't even answer my emails, avoid them .

Received a smaller item by volume than ordered, in all fairness this was during Black Friday so imagine it was a hectic time. It was resolved swiftly and efficiently, sending out the replacement item as a priority and gifting me the volume that was mistakingly delivered. Always judge a company by how they correct their mistakes! 10/10
