Greenhouse Stores Recenzje

Terrible company, I tried to order a greenhouse with a base, at which point I was told the “free” postage wasn’t free despite this not normally being the case for my postcode.
When the greenhouse finally arrived the base was missing and I was rather rudely informed that for some reason it hadn’t been ordered, and they wanted another £120 odd to send me one!
Also when you phone the number on their emails you end up speaking to the manufacturers who just happen to employ the same guy who runs greenhousestores🙄

Wish I’d paid a little bit more for a better product and decent customer service…

Unfortunately I had to return an irrigation system that was not suitable for my greenhouse.
A refund was credited immediately it was returned, and I then purchased a more suitable system for my greenhouse which was received in very few days.

So far so good nearly erected. There are a few fitting alterations needed, and tools needed, but nothing a handyman shouldn't overcome.

Greenhouse arrived with two bases but no frame!. Very annoying.

Great service from start to finish. Delivery was as emailed with driver placing boxes and glass in safe place almost next to construction site.

Not received it yet, still waiting, it must be walking here being so slow with delivery

Gr8 Greenhouse, delivery fantastic, had a very small problem which was dealt with as soon as I contacted them. I don't usually give five stars but this company went above and beyond.

Can not fault the service, told 8 to 10 weeks lead time, delivered in 6 weeks, brilliant,
Great communication from start to finish.
Thank you to driver Mike for your help...
Would highly recommend Greenhouse Stores...

Delivery was prompt and well wrapped, with communication on it's status clear and timely.
Product is good quality and assembly instructions, while necessarily a bit complex, clear and well presented.
Customer service is excellent - one of the parts was incorrect but immediately replaced without quibble - and friendly.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their product.

Our purchase arrived really quickly. The quality of all accessories is excellent and assembly has been easy. Very happy and satisfied with Greenhouse Stores and Vitavia products.

I have found Greenhouse Stores to be fantastic with all my dealings with them. My initial contact was returned speedily and they knew exactly what I needed in my new greenhouse. I would thoroughly recommend them to all my friends and family.

The greenhouse was delivered and no problems regarding delivery. Excellent service, and would recommend on my dealings with G.S.

I was looking for greenhouse clips and glass retaining clips and ringing various shops and garden centres but was getting nowhere even telling me that they did not sell them though their listings said they did greenhouse accessories. I wemt online and found Greenhouse (Juliana Group Ltd.) explaining to the man who answered what I wanted. He was so helpful guiding me through the headings and advising me to get a sample from my greenhouse and see which ones they matched in the photos. I did this and found the perfect match. I rang and placed my order and within 3 days my order came through my letterbox. I appreciated the time he devoted to helping ensure I got the items I wanted. Grateful thanks.

Quality good. Helpful when rung up. Delivered within timescale and kept us informed

From start to finish very fast delivery and excellent service.

Perfect service and quality product. They took the trouble to let me know when the greenhouse staging I wanted was in stock. I ordered it and it arrived very quickly and was perfect!

Very helpful when I rang for extra parts for my Greenhouse and good service
