Probably some of the best customer…
Probably some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From ordering to answering all the questions I had relating to the greenhouse groundwork’s, to ordering extra accessories post purchase of the greenhouse.. The Greenhouse Shop have been exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. Huge thanks to Caroline for all her help, guidance and encouragement.

Excellent service
I was given plenty of information and advice when I visited the showroom. Was not pressured to buy on the day.
I went home re measured my space and then telephoned to make my purchase.
Catherine recommended Paul to install. He telephoned and explained he would collect the greenhouse when ready and contact me again to arrange a date for installation.
I am very happy with the service and am enjoying my greenhouse.

Catherine was amazing helping us choose our 1st greenhouse. She give us lots of information and advice on what would be best for us. We absolutely love our greenhouse and it’s just perfect for us. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has lots of options for you.

Two years back
Two years back, we reached out to this company seeking guidance on purchasing a greenhouse. Lyndon was incredibly patient and supportive in addressing all my inquiries. Once we decided to purchase, we reached out to Lyndon again to schedule installation. Throughout the process, Catherine maintained consistent communication and offered great assistance. After enjoying our greenhouse for two years, we can confidently recommend this company. They are not only experts but also delightful to work with. Outstanding customer service!

I was going to write a comprehensive review, but they have outlined everything I would have said, in a post on their page.
My Greenhouse is now featured on their Facebook page.
I couldn't be happier with my new Greenhouse.
The process from beginning to end was everything you could hope for from a supplier, considering it was all accomplished from beginning to end online.
The installers were amazing and made sure they kept me informed as to what they were doing, during the four and a half hours it took them to build it.
It has now started to fill up and I'm really looking forward to the new growing season & for many years to come.

Fabulous company and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Lyndon installed my Rhino greenhouse perfectly, he absolutely knows what he is doing and I am so pleased we never attempted to put it up ourselves. 100% recommended by me 😊

Brilliant company to deal with
We contacted this company for advice about buying a greenhouse a couple of years ago. Lyndon was really helpful and patient answering all my questions. We ordered a greenhouse and contacted Lyndon again to book him to install it. Catherine kept in regular contact and was always really helpful and supportive. We've enjoyed the greenhouse for 2 years now and have no hesitation in recommending this company, they are a pleasure to deal with as well as being experts in what they do. Brilliant customer service!
