I have ordered twice now from Greenfingers. I love the fact that their products, are made from recyclable material yet look fantastic! The delivery time is exceptional. The planter that has just arrived is exactly what I was looking for and I have now recommended Greenfingers to my friend.

Recently bought recycled rubber lawn edging from Greenfingers. Very pleased with it, makes a great alternative to rope twist stone edging as needs no sand/cement base, easily fitted, and flexible to include curves in layout. Communication was efficient: Greenfingers emailed to let me know when product was back in stock, & delivery was prompt.

Such a appoling company, as i have received my item which the box was in a terible state which had alot of tape on it like someone else order which they never wanted and gave me it. phone them email them no response what so ever, they say there office are shut which is a load of crap , due to covid-19. They have time to take your money but will not return it. False advetiment of refunds.

Garden Table. Bought a garden table that I am very pleased with. It arrived within a few days and was easy to put together. The table looks just as in its photo and appears sturdy.

My advice DO NOT ORDER... I have phoned, emailed, asked for a refund and absolutely no response. They say they are opened .. not acting like it except when taking your money online for goods thst are not in stock for delivery. I need a refind asap to buy elsewhere where stock is available. Answer phone states their wherehouses and offices ate open but might as well be closed... no response... nothing.. Covid excuses all round.... disgraceful... 😡

Difficult to get hold of.......

Placed an order a week ago, everything pointed to it being delivered by this weekend. Heard nothing since, filled in 2 contact me forms and heard nothing back.

It's only when you go on the contact form that you see the "allow 2 extra weeks" for delivery statement, which should be on the pages when you are placing your order, but this is also contradicted by the "we are up and running properly" statement on another page.

Please could somebody let me know what is happening with my order 1307543

Actually got communication. Although, the email made little sense as it kept referencing an original delivery date (no one told me of), a delay date (no one told me of) and a delayed until dates. But all the dates were the same. I am so confused right now, but now I will have to use the contact form to email them again despite the page saying don't email them regarding the same issue as it causes issues. Easy fix to that. Make sure the information is right, or pick up the phones.

Finally heard back from them... the item is now out of stock.....

Over a week I've been waiting for a refund... This seems to be the only way to get them to reply. Absolutely ridiculous, nearly a whole month this has taken 😴 I just want my money back and then i can forget you exist.

Brilliant company first time ordering from them.I bought recycled edging for the garden the product was easy to fit and looks fab!.they kept me up to date with delivery would highly recommend.

I placed an order on 29/04/2020, which should have been delivered on 09/06/2020 & had a text verification to confirm the delivery date. I cannot track my order as was never sent tracking details! I've tried ringing but they're not taking calls, I've sent the online contact form & still nothing!

Appalling service. Ordered items on 23/5/20 it's now 10/6/20 and still not arrived. Very slow to respond to communications and then they just say give it a bit longer. I'm going to get my credit card company to re-imburse me.

Sent these guys an email on 26/04 to say item was broken.

Never heard back from them. Will now write you a letter and take it from there if I do not get response.

Couple of minor hiccups with regards to the order but all in all a decent genuine Company who care about their own profile and the service they provide.
