First time ordering from CUAQUATICS - I ordered assassin snails as my tank is plagued with pest snails. Very, very reasonable prices compared to my local aquatic shops!
Will definitely use them again.

Received my order a day earlier than expected which was great.
I ordered 10 Horned Nerite Snails and received an extra couple, which was also a nice surprise and all are doing great! However, on checking my snails, I did notice one that looks like a bladder snail. I am monitoring it in a separate container.

Overall, I do recommend them!

Got a fantastic price for 10 assassin snails with a footnote telling me they may not all survive the trip. 7 large very healthy snails arrived, wonder if 3 were eaten by the others? Pleased with snails which of course immediately disappeared as soon as they went in the tank. Fast delivery, overall great service.

I ordered a rabbit snail and two onion snails. They arrived quickly and they generously added two extra onion snails. All the snails were alive and well even though the plastic container had split and most of their water was actually in the Jiffy bag. Not really a fault but perhaps a softer more durable plastic container would remedy this in the future. All said and done I’m very happy with cuaquatics and would highly recommend them.

Very good customer service, I put in the wrong post code on my order and had it changed within 2hours.

One small issue that seller is resolving quickly otherwise vibrant active colour shrimp and will be placing another order soon.

I ordered four mystery snails on Monday evening and they arrived first thing this morning (Thursday). The website was simple to use, informative, well priced and the delivery was brilliant (the website provided me with a tracking number so I knew when to expect this). My snails are living their best life in the aquarium! I would definitely use their website again for future orders.

They arrived on the 13th of ``August and are in good condition , they are all now in my aquarium swimming around and doing well

Ordered first some snails from amazon then some fish from their website. Both times very quick delivery and heathly fish and snails . Will be ordering more when setting up my bigger tank . Happy man not having to leave my house to get a vast assortment of livestock delivered to your door .

Ive now used these twice, via Amazon for a mixture of shrimp. Both times delivery has arrived via royalmail. Both deliveries arrived in time, well packaged and the 2nd all alive, only 1 arrived dead on first delivery. Clear instructions of care inside parcels. Shrimp all settled in their aquarium and breeding already. Thank you for a great service.
