I was really happy with how quickly the order arrived when shipped, and there was obviously a lot of care and attention that went into the packaging which is great.

The only thing that could have been better handled at the start was that the dispatch times were longer than expected but once I had reached out the seller was very communicative and explained why there was a delay.

Overall, I'm very happy and would definitely order again.

The shrimp arrived extremely lively, darting around the container, and the snails were healthy and active. After following the acclimation steps, they all went into my tank with no problems.

Ordered some Assassin snails to help clean up my tank. One day delivery fantastic, put the 5 in my tank straightaway. Left them over night to settle, this morning 4 are up and moving around one still acclimatising. Very happy with them so far !

Snails all arrived alive and in good condition. They were posted a bit later than expected but I contacted them and they replied straight away to reassure me. I was worried the snails would be in the post 3 days but was 1 day. They were packaged fragile however packaged not firmly so they could easily be squashed and spill so I am giving feedback for that, to be packaged more firmly. Snails moved in tank within 5 mins. So far so good.
