Like the ease of ordering as a longstanding customer.Not at all impressed at the delivery charges for under £30 spend. Was always free delivery for account holders

Never had a problem when ordering.
Items allways arrived on time or early .

I ordered two pairs of mens trainers, and when the parcel arrive, I received a pair of trainers and a black bra, even though the slip in the parcel stated two pairs of trainers!!!! How that mistake was made,only god will know!!!!

I received a fridge freezer which had a black line across the side of it, it’s not good when it it is highly visible where the fridge is situated

Never had a problem with Grattans all the 50 years plus, I have been with them, from when my children were babies, to even now they have grown with babies of their own, service is great always on the ball when I send an order, example, ordered an iron for my daughter in law, and she received it the next day, now that is service, I will be with Grattns for many more years to come.

Always fast delivery

Happy with the process of ordering but the item never arrived as the courier evidence showed a parcel left outside a green door ON THE PAVEMENT when my door is brown ! Whilst rather unhappy with this, I’ve given 3 stars as they’ve instantly investigated the problem and refunded me within 48 hours which I’m happy with but the experience has lessened my confidence in the delivery process.

Have been using Grattan for numerous years and have always found them to be very price competitive and value for money.

I ordered dresses and 1 handbag, paid the extortionate fee for next day delivery, when it arrived just 1 item the handbag and an invoice saying rest of your order will be delivered in 14 days!!! They should let you know this information at the checkout as didn't want the handbag next day wanted the dresses so would not of paid the next day delivery fee if I had of known.

Very happy with the items I purchased. Comfortable fit. Delivery ups dates were fair.

I have shopped with Grattan for forty years plus. I am able to try things on in the comfort of my own home. Larger more expensive items can be paid for over a longer period of time making financial sense. I can buy lots of famous brands at reasonable prices. I trust Grattan to be fair.

I parcase sum items,
I receive some of some.
The rest is not been deliver.
I call customer service tell me is out of stock
I reply to them.
Would be nice to let me know its outostock by send me sms or e-mail.

One of my parcels did not arrive and was in the delivery systems network for ages. Recent delivery item came with presstuds and a zip, this was not as described if I had known this I would not have ordered. I'm also not happy with delivery charge, deliveries were always free. I have been a customer for approx 50 years but I'm thinking of closing my account.

You can always rely on Grattans, you can always find what you want. Fashion,home style. And speed of delivery is very good

Shocking they gave me a credit limit then took it back of me and told courier service to send back parcels joke I took my custom. Elsewhere

Never got my order when I needed it.
Ordered it week ago should have been delivered Thursday 17/06/2025,now been put back to Monday 21/06.
Not been give reason, need to communicate more with their customers more

My experience with Grattan is always good, when ordering I very rarely am unable to purchase what I am looking for. I get updates on my delivery and my parcels are always in a good condition when being delivered

Ordered a small item, has clearly gone missing with courier, for some day, as per tracking. Spoke to Grattan customer service and they said "It's in our delivery network...blah blah blah..will be delivered today". You are not DHL,it is not your "delivery network", why are you pretending it is? I can see it has been sat in their depo for days and not out for delivery.

Why am I having to take time out of my working day to chase up bad companies and speak to very poor customer services that don't even have the delivery info I have?

It is the senders job to chase up missing parcels, not the customers. Not a great 1st impression.
