I didn’t like the fact that two items were missing from my parcel & the parcel retaped up . Customer services / message line very rapid to launch an investigation.

Ordered items but twice delivery was cancelled by courier. Twice I wrote to customer services to chase but after 3 days I've had no reply. I called today and they can't help me as it's not under their control. I need to chase courier..

Poor customer service, poor processes to address issues when they go wrong, poor reply to issue, poor choice of courier.

Overall, totally disappointed and let down. Items were for an event this weekend so I'll just be returning the items when they finally arrive.

Poor customer service means loss of sales for them.

I have been with Grattan for 30+ years and in all that time they have never let me down. Always excellent service with excellent range of products, no matter what you are looking for. Long may it continue.

I've shopped with Grattan for many years and ordering online is really easy.A great range of products from homeware to fashion. Delivery is within a couple of days from ordering. Satisfaction all round.

Was advised delivery would be on the Saturday, got an email of the ‘courier’ that it would be delayed and haven’t heard a thing since. Why use this courier is beyond me

I have used Grattan for many years without problems. Goods are good quality and delivery prompt. There are often money saving offers which in these times are most helpful.
Variety of makes and styles of clothing are wide, to suit different ages and tastes.

Very pleased with two jackets bought from Grattan.
Grattan have some nice quality items & sometimes things that you don't find in other catalogues.

Had a very swift response from Gratton, the items were good value as usual. It's a pity the courier wasn't as fast.

I have used Grattan for probably 15 years or more. I have never had a problem with the service. Items arrive when they say will and all couriers have been excellent. I cannot recommend Grattan highly enough. If I wasn't happy I would have gone elsewhere by now! Keep doing what you are doing and keep the standard of clothing you have. Very happy!

Absolutely appalling service – five days since ordering and nothing has arrived. Every day I was told “it will reach you today”, yet the parcel never came. They refuse to acknowledge their failures or offer compensation, insisting I keep waiting. Their partner “Evri” only adds to the disgrace, losing parcels for days. A rotten, dishonest company – avoid at all costs.

Large for size. Ordered my normal size 14 and it was far too big. Returned with no problems and ordered next size down 12. Fits like a glove. Lovely print. Soft and feminine. Thin fabric but not see through. Great for these summer days and holidays.

I love Grattan. But Evri is rubbish. I never receive any parcels they deliver. I don’t know why.

I am a new customer to Grattan and opened a flexi account, placed my order and customer service called me to make sure it was indeed me who opened the account and for me to verify my order, I absolutely loved that they did this and gave me complete peace of mind that my details are very secure. My order was processed very quick and delivery came within a few days , very good prices too. Overall a very positive experience.

I’ve been a Grattan customer now for about a year, I’ve had no issues with them at all, my orders have arrived as described and ima timely manner with no issues at all, I would highly recommend them.

I really wish you’d change your courier from Evri, they are diabolical. I still haven’t received my purchase from Grattan even though they keep texting me to say it’ll be delivered ‘today’ I’ve been hearing this for 5 days now. And don’t even get me started on returns, we don’t have a pick up point on the IOW, and Evri never arrive to pick up returns, completely useless.

The return process has a lot to be desired from the Isle of Man . Twice now I have has to take my return to our local Post office service here on the island - which is a separate island based service and not Royal Mail . I have tried explaining this to customer services but it falls on deaf ears, I did wonder was there a language barrier with your assistant on the phone . So i have had to ask for the return to be refunded. This is so annoying especially as last time I had to send a photo shot of my receipt over 4 times.
I also do not appreciate being charged postage on an oder that is £29.99 a bit of discretion on the behalf of Grattan here for loyal long standing customers called for here I think. Having been a customer for 50 years I feel standards have dropped since the Freeman’s takeover, looking after your customers should be paramount.

Excellent all round service, fantastic choice of items and prices, there is something for everyone in all price ranges. Delivery is super quick
